Hello Dream-Theme,

First of all, congratulations for creating The7. Aparently, it is the theme that mostly satisfy my needs. I am a beginner in WP and i would like to ask a few (dumb) questions:

1 – is it possible to add the block “recent posts” to any page? 2 – do you have any example of using newsletter/Mailchimp? 3 – in your future upgrades, do you pretend to improve the blog? (ex: widgets, layouts, etc.)

Good morning, I am in a bit of a crunch – I am trying to simply have an image (1280px 450px, not parallex) stretch the full width of my content area (using boxed) (my content area is 1280px)

In VC, I’ve added a row, and set it to Full-width content. For top margin I’ve added -51 so that the image falls directly under the page title/breadcrumbs.

When I add a “single image” into the row, no matter what I do – the image will not go 1280px

What am I missing!? It can’t be that difficult.

My website is in English, French, German and Spanish. I want the translations of the theme (the7) but I only found the German (de_DE.mo) and not fr_FR.mo and es_ES.mo. Where can I download these files please ?

Been looking at themes for hours now, and finally found The7 theme. So nice! Very clean and professional.

We’re looking for a theme to represent our non-profit. Do you provide any elements or functionality that specifically benefits NPOs? Donation plugins? Fundraising widgets? Etc.

If not, do you have suggestions for non-profit specific 3rd party plugins / widgets which would work well with your theme?

Just to be sure (or not): I like the One Page Setup a lot with the scrolling from the menu into the homepage. I saw this work smoothly in combination with a blog part of the website (from the blog post you navigate via the menu to the selected part of the homepage).

My question is if this also works in case you have some additional pages for more info? In other words: if you link from the homepage to a second page, is the menu than still there and can you navigate from it to the homepage?

in the “Mansory media grid” (shortcode of visual composer) how I can display the image in a magnific popup? in the “mansory media grid setting” there are no option for magnific popup; I have also tried to create a “new Grid element template”, but in hover option I have only : post link, large image and prety photo. There are any option for magnific popup lightbox?

Wow, I’m sorry you have to respond to so many basic WP questions! Has anyone asked you how to turn their computer on yet? LOL You’d think web developers would have a decent background and not have to bug you with such beginner stuff. Anyways..

Just curious, is your pre-loader animation optional? (spinner image when the page loads). Is your theme fully optimized for page load speed? When I use mobile, the loader seems to disappear quicker. On my PC, that sucker can load for a while. My tester PC is running smoothly and I have mad bandwidth. Made me curious if your theme was heavy and/or ran slow.

I find my website too slow to load and following some comments I deactivated unused plugins and the sped the website some. My question is regarding unused pages (approx. 140), would it help me to delete them? What about unused Revolution sliders (11 unused)?

LOVE YOUR THEME!

Question regarding Info Boxes- I cannot get an info box to link properly. Everytime I go to set a link it says ‘url:undefined’, if I try and fill in the ‘link=’ on the ‘text’ side of things there is ‘link=”||”’ and if I try and replace the || with the url it still doesn’t work. Any light you can shed on this would be AMAZING! I’ve tried linking the whole box, or the title with no luck. If I set the hover to do something it does, but it just links back to the page that I was on, not the link I want… Hopefully this makes sense.
