I’m trying to change the logo size by increasing header height in qode option. however if I put bigger value like “150px to 200px to 300px…”, the header shrinks and the slider below is pushed up to hidden in behind the header area.
Ideally, I’d like to keep the logo file large for the retina view.
I’m using bridge / winery skin.

Qode Slider displays featured images instead of videos on mobile. We used html5 video for our slider and some touch devices have support for html5 video standard and some do not, therefore we’ve disabled video for all of them. We’ve implemented Video Preview Image field where you can dedicate an image to each Video slide, so on tablet and mobile devices you will have image instead of video.

I bought this theme to display hosted video in portfolio and if that is not compatible with some phones and tablets you should prevent buyers in your introduction . (it’s frustrating to see an image instead of a video ) Because of this, I can not use your theme … I’m really disappointed
We’re sorry to hear that. However, the HTML5 video standard is disabled in our theme on mobile to ensure the consistency across a vast range of touch devices. Please go to your theme folder/js and open default.js file in a text editor.
- Search for initQodeSlider and find and remove this part of code: http://screencast.com/t/wcxx3MGal4p8
- Search for mobile check and find and remove this part of code: http://screencast.com/t/fT0tTtmqX2h
Save the file, minify it with http://jscompress.com/ and save as default.min.js. Re-upload both these files back to your server.

Hello, this theme was gifted to me by a friend and I do have the license #, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to import the 94+ demos. Is it under the bridge-child.zip? I like the original, but would like to try playing around with a few others before I decide which one to use. Thank you!

You can import any of the 94 demos available however, you can have only one demo imported at a time in order not to duplicate your content.
To import a new demo you need to delete all previous posts/pages/portfolios and media files. Also, make sure that you’ve deleted all the menus in WP Admin -> Appearance -> Menus so that they not get duplicated. You can perform these tasks manually, or use a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/
Reactivate Bridge and the necessary plugins. Importing a demo will override any previous content you might have created.
Then go to WP Admin -> Qode Import and import the demo you want. Select to the import type – ALL and import attachments/media files as well. For example, to import Designer Personal demo set the options like this: http://screencast.com/t/46cclLEdxk

You can upgrade our theme by performing following steps:1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page) 2. Extract it and locate bridge.zip 3. Extract bridge.zip and locate bridge folder 4. Copy/Replace the content of bridge folder to /wp-content/themes/bridge folder of your web site. Using this method, none of existing content or settings will be lost.How to upgrade Visual Composer plugin to latest version?

Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it 3. Hello QODE Team, congratulations for this wonderful theme, i’m simply loving to create sites with it I just have a question for you…What is the css code to set a minimum width for lightbox pictures? I created masonry media galleries but the standard size of lightbox is too small for my stylist customer. I tried to look for the right css code in stylesheet but i had no luck…Could you please tell me what is the right one? Thank you in advice for your help.

Is this an actual subdomain or a separate site?
All of the licenses on the Envato Market sites are for a single use. If you wanted to use the item you’ve purchased on multiple sites, then one or both of the following situations may apply -
1: If you are going to use the item on one domain, or multiple subdomains, you will only require one License. For example:
www.domain.com/siteOne siteTwo.domain.com/ site.Three.domain.com/
You shouldn’t need to activate the license again for subdomains.
2: However, if you are going to use the item on multiple domains, then you will need to purchase a License for each domain. For example:
www.domain-siteOne.com/ www.domain-site.two.com/ www.site-three-domain.com/

We are planing to use the theme under multiple subdomains under same domain. Problem is we used the theme at first on our this subdomain “says.org.bd/modelsaarc” , Now I need help using the theme on full scale also for my subdomains under the same domain; Those are: says.org.bd/blog says.org.bd/initiatives
Please let me know how to use the theme with all the functions in these subdomains. And what process should I follow.

In this case, if the item required you to register the license/url, you may want to check with the author to see if this can be reset, or explain that you are adding on a subdomain, etc.
If no registration was required, you may simply add the theme to the appropriate subdomains.

Unfortunately there’s not native option for this – having the multi-page site and this navigation layout. Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept any custom work at the moment, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.
Just FYI: You might want to use content-menu feature to achieve a similar layout. This is a menu built from page sections and can be used to create one page websites. Unlike top navigation, you can place the Content menu anywhere on your page – meaning you can place it below the title areas as well. If you find this suitable for use, to create one, follow these steps:
1. Add a row shortcode where you wish the Content menu to go. Edit this row and select “Content menu” under “Row Type.” Click on “Save changes.”
2. Add another row shortcode to your page. This row will be a menu item in the Content menu.
3. Click on the “Edit this row” button and choose “Yes” under “Row in content menu.”
4. Enter a menu label for this row in “Content menu title.” In “Content menu icon,” you can optionally choose an icon to appear next to this menu item.
5. Fill in the “Anchor ID” field. This is required in order to link the menu item to this specific row. We recommend using lowercase letters and underscores (if necessary).
6. Repeat steps 2-5, as required.

Hello, love the theme.
I have my blog setup up as Masonry small image.
But one blog post doesn’t show the except, but the whole image.
So that post is in the 1st column all the way down, and then the other posts are the in the 2nd column and show the except summary which they are meant too.
Why is one blog post showing the whole post?

and replace it with this one:

Note that only muted parameter is missing. Save and re-upload the file back onto your server.
