Pre-sale question:
I am interested in your theme because I need a good working buddypress theme with RTL support. What worries me is whether the plugins you incorporate with Kleo- those responsible for the visual effects- such as the Slider and the Visual Composer (post carousels, grids etc) are also RTL compatible. I tried working with V. composer as a plugin before and there was a problem with RTL with some of it’s features. I follow their development, and they say Visual Composer might become RTL compatible only in the next versions. How does your theme deal with that? Does everything work RTL or just the basic core theme features css?

We’ve overridden the visual composer templates so we apply the RTL support to most of those templates and also to the plugins with which our theme integrates directly, but please note that there might be third party plugins which might lack of this RTL support.

To add content in an archive template you will have to do it in a programmatically way, using wordpress action hooks. You can attach your content to the following action hook: “kleo_before_main_content”

If a user, not an administrator, use the admin link (you do not need that much knowledge to “crack” this) he can log in through the “standard” WP-login box. Than he also see the backend of the website. Of course not much setting, just his own profile, but I want the user to not be able to get to the backend no matter what. There is no reason for them to be able to reach that area. They can admin everything directly from their profile on the frontend website.
How can I fix this?

Hi. Very satisfied SweetDate owner here. I think I would also like to buy KLEO, but I have questions. First:
Is KLEO designed to be used in a multisite enviroment – in which members may create their own websites within the network?
Your demo “E-Learning” reminds me of a group of WPMU pioneers who made it possible to basically clone wordpress and the “Agency (Multisite demo)” would seem like my answer in a word, but I didn’t see a multi-site network at work within the demo.
Please help clarify for me if this is or is not truley multi-site capble.

Agency Demo is a sub-site: So buddypress members are able to create their own sub-sites (Entire websites?) within the network? If I understand correctly; a few questions: Can member blog-posts and website updates be featured on the network homepage? On the pintrest demo – can the search be setup to search for just people in the network: by username, or users can serch just for websites on the network, etc.? Can features be limited by paid membership level?
The multisite / network environment is a little bit more complex and in some / most cases you will have to find plugins that are compatible and that have explicit feature to gather data from your sub sites.
Most of the general plugins run instantiated on each sub-site and will refer only to the data of the sub-site on which is activated.

Yes, each sub site will have full features from plugins to demo content. Also please note that if you decide to run in network mode you’ll be required to buy a regular license for each instance of your sub sites that runs on our theme.

I have an issue where my icons show in print preview but do not show live. This has happened multiple times randomly and I am not sure what the cause is. The icons show on my phone and print preview but not live. Could use any help.

I’ve tried to help you with this missing icons issue, but it seems that is happening just on your side. You could try to reset your browser settings ( maybe it’s a cache problem ) or you could even try to re-upload a fresh copy of the theme so that you can be sure of the integrity of the theme files.
If you can tell me with any information about how to replicate this issue then I’ll be more than happy to help you fix it.

The difference might come because of different html structure of the plugin you’re using for that specific listing. You could try to open a topic on our support forum but probably the only way to achieve what you want it would be by modifying the template of the plugin your using, and for this you’ll need some programming knowledge.

Hi, For the portfolio shortcode that you see on homepage, to change the order you have the option to override, in child theme functions.php, the portfolio function named “kleo_portfolio_items” found in kleo/lib/portfolio.php. After you copy the function to your child theme you can modify it to suit your needs. In 3.0 version coming these days we also added a filter where you can hook into the portfolio query args. Filter name will be “portfolio_args”

When I view the mobile version of my website on my phone, at the bottom of the page it shows powered by WordPress. How can I change this? It is there if I view the desktop version of the same website.

Just wondering about the Mobile Menu.
I have pages that have Transparent White so that when you scroll down on Desktops, it shows a white band at the top as our logos are black.
However with the mobile version, it just has a black bar on top. Is there a way to add a white band on top for the mobile version only or do I have to turn off the Transparent Menu to get the mobile version to work properly?

Hi, I am looking to be able to lock down my Buddypress site to logged-in members only and ensure that when they revisit they are directed straight to their profile page (I know there are a couple of plugins that could do that for me). I would however like to redirect non registered site visitors to a Facebook/Linkedin landing page complete with login and registration on the page. Is there a way I could use the Kleo home page to achieve this?
Sure, you can leave only the register page as public page and restrict all other pages, and you can also restrict buddypress entirely using membership levels. Please note that if you want to lock down the site completely then you should also need some sort of additional plugin with such a feature.

Please I would like to know if would be possible to add Groups and Members as Custom Links in the menu section instead of adding it as Pages.
The reason for my question is,
1. I noticed that I and my members could not create groups from their profile page.
2. I and my members cannot also search for friends we would like to invite from the profile page.

Sure you can add them as custom links, but you’ll have to put the links manually.
You can create groups from the groups directory page, not from your own profile.
On your profile you can see only other members with which you already connected, if you want to connect with other people you can find them in the members directory and if you want to invite a friend to join a group that you’re part of you can do that from the groups profile page, under the “Send Invites” menu.

I am getting two problems:
1. When editing a page using classic editor, if I open the “Insert/edit link” box, the “Or link to existing content” search option does not work and the following JavaScript error shows in console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘select’ of undefined
2. When editing a page using front end visual composer, if I click any “Edit Text Block” button, it opens the edit box but does not load the editor, and the following JavaScript error shows in console: Uncaught ReferenceError: tinyMCEPreInit is not defined
Please advise and help me fix these asap.
This might be an conflict between Visual Composer and another plugin that you might use. Could you try to deactivate any additional plugins and see if the issue still persists ?

I deactivated all plugins except WPBakery visual composer, still getting the JavaScript error “Uncaught ReferenceError: tinyMCEPreInit is not defined” in frontend editor when I try to edit a text block content. Please advise.

Sure, you can add multiple clients tags, coma delimited and it will filter your selection.
