I don’t know why my visual composer isn’t working? I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated one at a time to find that the “Revolution Slider” and the “U-Design Shortcode Insert Button” plugin is effecting my VC plugin to work correctly. I updated the visual composer as well but still no luck. What do I do to resolve this issue?

I cant’ see pagination in non-sortable portfolio, but when open web browser console, I see that #paginationPortfolio div element is loaded.
In your demo is in the same way. Div element is loaded, but ‘Next page’ and ‘Previous page’ doesn’t displaying.

Hi just purchased your theme. In your Demo you have a navy hear bar at the top of the pages with an email and phone number in the middle and social media links on the end. how do i get this same thing on my site.

Hello, this is a pre-sales question. I like your theme very much and I am sure it will do everything i need but i have one question. Can you tell me if the header can be made to look similar to this http://thecakeryleamington.co.uk/ I need to have an image for the header background and have the logo positioned as the one in the above site with the main menu in the same place. I have looked at your demo but cannot see how this can be done so any help or advise is very much appreciated.

Yes, you could position the menu to the right of the logo, and as for the background, you could simply assign a background image to the entire top area or the page itself with that pattern. Hi and thank you for getting back so quickly. Can i just ask that if i make this purchase would you be able to help me add a widget area so i can display my telephone number and email address in the header section? I have hunted around, but it looks too complicated to code it myself unless i am assisted
I know there is a widget for the social icons on the right hand side, which i will use, but i need somewhere in the header to add my phone number etc? If you can help me this would be the final answer before i make the purchase.

sure, I can help you with that, make sure to email me to remind me about our conversation, although the theme also offers a secondary bar at the very top which you could also use for additional information, you can see it in the demo site also with the phone number, email and social icons.

1. Yes, you can use the Featured Image as post header, although you might want to elaborate further on what you mean by “header banner” just in case that we’re talking about two different things. I’m referring to the post image that represents that post on the Blog page, example: http://dreamthemedesign.com/themes/u-design/blog/
2. Currently sidebar settings for posts are set globally, however I’ll be adding the option most likely in the theme’s next update to be able to overwrite the global setting on per post/page basis.

Hi,
I bought you theme and I’m using it with woocommerce.
The problem is: I can’t get rid of the sidebars on shop page (product list) area and on the single product page.
I already checked the “remove sidebar” on theme options and the pages are all set to full width. But that worked only for the pages.
I set the shop page to full width: nothing. Still appearing…
I tried to create new products (without sidebar) before and after this option was checked and it’s still not working.
What should I do?

1) is possible to set the navigation left in your theme? namely so that the submenus stay open if one clicks on the mouse? See the example: http://webspacebasis.com/example.png

1 ) Yes, the navigation can be set center, left or right, there is an options for that in the theme’s settings.
2 ) I have not personally used this plugin Social Gallery, but I don’t see why it should not work, if a plugin follows WordPress best coding practices it should be compatible with other plugins and themes that also follow those.

no, we don’t offer a landing page template per se, but you can come up with your own layout if you’d like, also check out the home page examples in the theme’s demo, those we do offer the code for if it’s something that interests you.

HI there, I love this theme, but I am having issues with colors and mobile. When I add an image as a background color for the header, it works great. When shrinking the screen the background changes to white and my white text that was on the blue background cannot be seen, Why does the image not be responsive for the background? If I change top area color, it changes the bottom as well. I just want the background on the mobile to be anything but white…

Hello There. First off this theme is great.
I do appear to be having some challenges with the demo content unless this is just the way it is.
I have successfully uploaded the demo content into the site and it looks as it should on the front end. BUT then I go to edit the page and it is just a jumble of shortcodes, html and inline styling. Non of it transitions into the visual composer at all. Is this just the way it goes? or is this demo content supposed to work with visual composer?

actually for the demo sites I have not used any Visual Composer stuff at all, what you see is the core theme functions, so you don’t need VC for it to run.

Hi, I’ve got some troubleshooting problems I need help with but I cannot get registered on your support forum to be able to search the forum or ask questions. I tried for the last hour to register but I keep getting “Invalid Envato Username” error message each time.
