This is the best theme that I have come across so far. Great work indeed.
I have one suggestion. The admin is allowed to write headings/category names, such as Fresh Topics, Fashion and lifestyle.
For now, users are able to see all of posts under the category if they click the category name above the title. But unfortunately the font of the category names is quite small.
It would be awesome if users are able to click the big headings/category names so that users will be able to see all posts under the headings/category names.
For instance, I’d like to have a hyperlink to Fresh Topics and when they click, they will be able to see all content under a tag or category.
For now, it is a little difficult for users of my site, www.koreaobserver.com to naviage and check the archives of each categories.

It is a good suggestion and we will consider adding it. But for now, you can add button via the “Actions” tab of module options where you can specify link to your category. Have you checked it?
Thank you for your reply, meks. Yes, I tried to adding View All options through the action tab. The only problem is the overall design of the site doesn’t look good by adding many View All buttons at the bottom of each categories and alignment issues become even noticeable on two column categories. I also tried to add a html code with a link on the category name, but it didn’t work as the whole code is shown, rather than the text.
Ok, since we have just submitted a big update to our theme, we will try to make this possible in the next one

Well, I have waited for two minor updates over the past two months. Any plan to my concerns. I really want to see the module title to have a link to a category or tag.

For the categories widget. I have found a plugin called “Pro categories widget” that works with the themes styling and allows you to hide posts. In case anyone is looking.

This is outside the functionality of the theme, but I try anyway. Is there a plugin or smart way to add an overlay to some post images (featured image). For instance, some articles I want to label as “Ads” or “Infomercials”, so it would be neat if I can just label the post as that and an overlay text that reads “Advertising” is added to the image. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I’m not sure if there is a plugin with which you can do this automatically. Probably the best solution is to modify the code and display image captions on featured images to add any label you want.

In the demo you have the intro in bold and it uses a CSS-class named “entry-headline”. I can’t find this anywhere in the editor or elsewhere, how is this applied, and is it possible to automatical set the first paragraph with this class?

You have option to add any content to our Modules page and combine it with Visual Composer stuff. I’m not sure that you can create new modules with Visual Composer automatically, I think that you will need to add some modifications to our theme.

You have your home page design that comes with the theme. Can I edit this with VC? – I am guessing not. Does this theme include VC?
No, home page modules are our built-in solution and you have some overall examples of layouts and combinations on our demo website. If you want to use VC, you can of course do it but you can only add some additional content with it, you are not able to change our existing elements. Hope this is more clear

For us, very important thing is Google Adsense. I read almost all comments and now it is hard for me to find the exact thing what you wrote about…but I will try to explain.
As I understood, there will be an option to put adsense code in some kind of blank widget, which could be put between different moduls.
Does this function already work, or you are still in process of making it work?
I saw Voice Adsense widget in description of theme, but I am not sure if this is it, or just for sidebars.
Also, does this theme supports chield theme?

We are working on update and it should be out really soon. There you will have option to put module with AdSense between modules. You have child theme included in our ThemeForest package.

I have checked your URL and I see that your banner image is not in the proper dimensions, banner image actual size is 300×37 and it’s being enlarged to 728×90 so that’s why the image looks so blurred.
You should create and use image in 728×90.

Got it. The html that automatically populates when selecting the image from the image library forced it either tiny or blurry. Anyway..I cleaned up the html and it worked. Thanks for your support!

3. We have a widget to display only one author. If you have authors list, there are a lot of free widget plugins so you have no worries there.
4. No, of course not. WordPress allows unlimited number of authors.

It is not possible with current theme options, you will need to modify the code a little bit. But, the best solution is to disable our social icons and use some more advanced sharing plugin which will allow you to do this. For example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mashsharer/
