I bought this theme today, but there is no visual composer plugin included…. so where do i get it? I’m not buying it for 33$ + just for this theme to work.
Kindly explain and provide me with the plugin. You even show on your product page “Save 45$ and master slider” , none are included in my download file.

Hi, You should upload the logo in Theme Options > General > Logo, Icons. You should edit “Sidebar Testimonial” block in Blocks on admin sidebar. Please send me your site url. Let me check header issue.
Hello, i managed to solve everything. the white header was caused by w3 total cache, so i disabled it and works/shows it ok now.
Also if you could tell me how exactly do i assign parallax category image for each category i would realy appreciate it.

Hi, When edit the product category, please select the Banner Type to Banner Block and add a block slug name in Banner Block. If you imported dummy data, you can add “parallax-banner”. To edit a block, you should edit “Parallax Banner” in Blocks on admin sidebar. You can add the analytics code in Theme Options > General > Custom JS Code. Regards.
I’ve added analytics there under: jQuery(document).ready(function(){}); (which was already there), SAVED it and the tracking still doesnt work

I’ve installed and configurated this plug in and i got several errors on my website…
I fixed more of those errors, but i can’t set the videobackground like demo HOME 6 ( that i had correctly installed before the yoast plug in..) i’ve add the masterslide code on page but it result UNDER the menu, and not BACK the menu . you can see it on my website sunsun [ .it ] , please be fast !

Tried to upgrade from Porto 1.02 to Porto 2.2 . Encountered same issue as when upgrading from Porto 1.0 to Porto 1.02. Product images and information dissappear. Unclear as to why this keeps happening. Upgrading other themes never causes similar issues or requires code changes.

I am trying to import content demonstration 5 but always gives error 500. I managed to import only the widgets and master slides, but when I try to import the dummy content or home version 5 gives this error.
Now after several attempts to import content made any errors in the field and all tabs of theme options are blank. I no longer like trying to import or move in any theme configuration.

I tried using this method but in step 5 failed. When I walk into All-in-One WP Migration> Backups not appear the RESTORE button. And I did the previous steps correctly.

I asked that question a few days ago but without any results.
AJAX SEARCH box build in the theme doesnt work correctly. I already deactivate “the search by category” but it didnt help.
On my page www.easytattoo.co.uk just type “tattoo” – after a few sec you would see results = totally different products and not even one with the keyword “tattoo”. When I search for “kit” you will noticed that single tattoo products are now visible in the results. Which is not right.
THE SEARCH BOX SHOULD BE ACCURATE – thats why we use search engine.
I hope that someone will take my complaint seriously.

Hi, I think this is not theme issue. Could you activate default wordpress theme and check product search? If you activate twenty fifteen theme and then will be work default woocommerce templates. Please check and let me know. Regards.

The default wordpress search works well, it gives me true results but the ajax search is totally wrong.
I asked on the ajax plugin support page about my problem. This is what they wrote back:
‘The free version of the plugin search not only product name but also words in product description. In the premium version of the same plugin you can excluse the product description from the search and also product name is more relevant than its description.

The problem is unsolved. I have checked the search box within your theme- same demo. It works as it should. Maybe there is an issue within one of your latest updates?

deactivating will not solve my problem. On your demo the plugin works fine. Thats why I bought your theme. I would like to recive a solution how to make this plugin work as this plugin is kind of the part of the theme advertised on your profile.
I would like to know why it doesnt work and how can I fix it.
well I have found something. After deactivating ajax I can see clearly that there is something with the header search box. When I use search box Blog side bar and type word CREAM I actually see in results CREAM. When I do the same with the header search box ALWAYS get the same items that habe nothing to do with cream.

I have solved the problem but I did it by creating the whole page from the scratch.
Regarding your email. I didnt have to pay for the ajax search box plugin, the free version is enough as it works on your demo. Authors of the plugin confirmed this to me.
The solution is to disable all plugins and if it doesnt work just do the fresh page. I hope this will help if someone else would have the same problem.
I do realize that that there is more than one person dealing with our problems on this page. I need to point that sometimes the advice I recived was not worth the time. I do admire ppl who say – I dont know but I will check it. I admire them more than ppl who say things without thinking it through.
Not the quantity is important but the quality. Since you have more customers the quality of your support went down ( sorry to say that ).

Thanks for your rating. Porto theme don’t have a feature like newegg.com. Could you customize header type 9 and js/theme.js and theme.min.js? You should customize sidebar menu javascript codes in theme.js and minify as theme.min.js.
