I installed Ninja Scroll to change the gray scroll bar to pink scroll bar. It has not changed. How can I add a special CSS code to change the scroll bar to our pink color?
Can you please let me know how to change the colors on the up button at the bottom of website. One side is pink the other side is black.
We have a lot of content on our website, can you give me some suggestions on how to add mega menu, blogs, side links, ect. to display on our website so the it will not look cluttered. The gray scroll bar does not have an option to change color, that is outside of the theme, however that plugin should work. I would suggest checking with teh plugin dev on that one first.
For teh toTop button on bottom right, the hover color is controlled by the primary color you select in theme options > styling. A line of CSS can change the default color (gray/black) and our team can assist you with that if you open a ticket with us.
For the content question, it will depend on your site and what you are going for. If you have a lot of content, it is suggested to use a wider site width, like 1170px or higher. You can change that in theme options < site width.
For the add ons, that will depend on the plugin you are using, that is not coming from our theme so I’d also check with the plugin dev on that one. They will know best

One more question… Is it possible to keep the menu button (when viewing on mobile) at the top of the screen at all times? That way the user doesn’t have to scroll to the top of the page to pull down the menu.

I have a general question about your theme. I guess this could be for most themes on ThemeForest actually. Since there are so many plugins/features of your theme, won’t that mean slower page loads?

Not necessarily, any plugin we include can be disabled if you do not want to use it. Many of our features that require extra things, like google maps or smooth scroll can also be disabled in theme options.
Incredible speed can be achieved as long as you optimize your content (images) and use a cache plugin, which should be used for any site these days, it helps cache you info and can minify extra files.

The main menu on header 1-3 is in the same row as the logo, which is the main header background. You can set the main header background in theme options > styling. On those header layouts, the menu does not have it’s own background section.

Hi, I am trying to create a background image on my full-width container. The image appears really blurry and I’m not sure why. The file is 1920px wide so it should look sharp even on a 1080p screen. My page is www.sunkencooler.com/home.

Background images are set to “cover” the entire area if a parallax mode is chosen. For example if you choose “no parallax” then it should show the image at the correct size, at least on your 1080p monitor. But if you choose fixed or any directional parallax, then it has to scale the image up to the viewport screen size, which ensures the image has the scrolling effect and covers the whole area when scrolling.
Try the above out and choose No Parallax to see the difference, also if you are on a large monitor, like a 27” iMac for example, it will scale the image up to ensure it covers the whole area. So it would look good on a 21” screen, or maybe even 23” screen, but the larger you go it does have to scale up to ensure it fits.

I appreciate the quick response but unfortunately it didn’t work. I tried the “scroll” “fixed” and “local” options under background scroll but none made a difference.
I even tried uploading an image with a width of 3800 and it came out blurry as well.

You are currently using one of the sized versions of the image: http://www.sunkencooler.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/sunken-cooler-bg-300x169.jpg instead of the full version. See the 300×169 at the end of the filename. Please change that in the fullwidth container and it will work.ThemeFusion Team

Yes that will show by default also on the main shop page. It has to be the shop page assiged by WooCommerce plugin, so it cannot be a regular page with shop shortcodes.
Search in your page section of admin for “Shop” page and check WooCommerce settings for the page name that is assigned as Shop page.
Also make sure the sort boxes were not disabled in theme options > WooCommerce tab, this option: http://d.pr/i/1863P And check for this option in the same area for the grid/list view: http://d.pr/i/1imKL

It’s ok now, the problem was the french translate of the word “order” assigned as “commande”, not “ordre”, there are 2 meanings for the word “order” and it’s noted the wrong one, so if you want to improve, you can check this. What about filters options like the link in the previous post ? Do you have informations about that ? Thank you !

You can use button and social media shortcodes inside columns. And also inside portfolio items. In that case you’ll have to set the contents from excerpt to full content in the portfolio settings.

I’m trying to download version 3.8 but when I select download it keeps giving me 3.7.3?

Where are you seeing that is is 373? The filename will be the same always, try to extract it and check the changelog in there, or upload it in WP and check the version number in themes section or theme options.
TF only keeps one version on file and when I check it shows 3.8. Maybe its cache too, try to clear it and redownload. Very odd!

Yes you can Each page has the option of being wide layout or boxed layout. So you can place a full screen slider with wide layout on one page, then make other pages boxed.

Hmm W3TC settings will not affect your theme options, that is odd. Please check your site width setting in theme options > site width and see if “px” is next to your value. So for example, it should b 1100px and not 1100

I checked the site width value set as “PX”, and found when I login as admin it word right, but as a user the site width changed to 100%, I had switch the W3TC to hyper cache.
If you see it logged out but not logged in then it is a W3TC setting. Check under minify section of W3TC settings for this option: http://d.pr/i/1l5j3

Thanks for your reply, I unchecked it, but it not work for not logged in users, the site width change to 100% not 1100px, and the layerslider plugin also cannot display contents in page.

Any idea why the “proceed to checkout” is double visible on the cart page?
I’ve tried re-installing on a fresh WP but also here same issue.
It’s putting proceed to checkout as a link and a little lower also as a button.

OK, I’ve find the issue myself.
It’s located inside WooCommerce plugin folder ->
WooCommerce > templates > cart > cart-totals.php
You need to delete/comment the following line:
<div class="wc-proceed-to-checkout">
<?php //do_action( 'woocommerce_proceed_to_checkout' ); ?>
</div>
Then the double link will be gone.

Hmm that above edit you posted does look right, the odd thing though is that we cannot replicate this on our demos or test sites, and ahve not had any other reports of it. I’ll make a note to check into this further though.

What slider are you using? You can insert a fallback image per page if you have assigned the slider via page options. Look in the page options of that page under slider tab, you will see a fallback image located there.
Also the rev slider allow you to turn the slider off on mobile.
I’m not sure I understand about the dropdown menu question. If you have 4 levels of dropdowns, you can remove them by going to the menu section of your WP admin and reorganizing the menu items into the first level dropdown. Each level of dropdown will show a new staggered hierarchy setup, you can drag and drop them into place.

Currently you can turn that off either in theme options > WooCommerce or per product I believe. However it does work by similar categories and there is not another way to pull them at this time. That would be nice if WooCommerce did add that to the core of the plugin though.

We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.
As for social plugins, in general yes it does. But there are hundreds of them out there so we cannot say for certain unless we have tested the one you plan on using. And even then we may not of tried it yet, so the above info will also apply there. In general plugins should work, but due to different people developing them vs our theme, issues can arise If one does arise and the issue is due to our code, we will do what we can to make adjustments.

Have you entered the map address in theme options > contact? When using the contact page template, the settings for the map and the form are controlled in theme options > contact.
