Hello I have purchased this theme and am looking for the Demo Data for the Jet Template? It is not in any of the BeTheme Import Demo Data options. Been trying got find info for a day or two now but keep getting distracted with other projects. Its holding me back from starting this one however. Can you please point me in the right direction?

I’m interested in purchasing, it looks like this theme will do everything I need it to. I need to be able to customize the header somewhat though, I have a tall logo and would need the menus to be at the bottom of the header space instead of top. Also, this is a charity site and we’d like to put a donate button in the header. Do you think I could do these things with this theme?

maybe you did not done anything but your host admin did because as we see, the most important file responsible for styles can’t be opened. Just try to open http://divaary.com/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=8.2.1 and see what happen. In this case you must contact with server admin because this can be sorted on their side only.

So if you are admin, you should find the option responsible for dynamic styles (css files with php extension). On our support forum we got one solution but if this won’t help then you must look for a problem related with redeclaring functions because one of the setting is blocking this.

I am having some serious menu issues. When I use the PLAIN menu, the logo is not on the same line as the navigation, the navigation does not center, and there’s a huge gap.

I forgot that I had that there because I had a background image that needed more space for visibility. I removed it but there’s still a gap under the menu that I can’t get rid of. What can that be from? All problems solved once we figure that out! Thank you!!!
As we see, you still got something modified in layout.css file. You got 315px of header height. To remove this, please use below custom css:
body.header-stack:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 250px !important; }

height is set to auto to keep the original image size so we don’t know if this is a good choice to change image height. But if you really want to do this, please use below css:

Thank you for your help. Anyway, this will pull the picture taller. My intention is to have the featured image area show more image part of the top and bottom rather than cropping to 1024×480, can we have it x500px as my original image is 1024×682px?
So can you explain how you want to do this is there is not enough space for this? Did you noticed that featured image is 100% width of site?

So this can be done under functions/theme-functions.php file where add_image_size() functions are.

this issue was in version 8.1 that you actually use. If you will update theme to recent version, numbers will be as big as on our demo. However if you don’t want to update theme, you can use below css to increase numbers size:

to create something similar, you must find the plugin which is compatible with Revolution Slider and then use it (as shortcode) probably inside slider.

I have already created that calculator using code. I just need to know how i will place it there. That means where i will add the codes of that box.
One thing more. On the demo of “Be Store”, there is an image box including text and whe we move the mouse pointer over it, the image gets blur and the text on it flashes. You must use “Add Layer” option which is under Revolution Slider edition. But please notice that the code you got may not work because Revolution Slider is not compatible with every plugin.
The item you ask for is called “Zoom Box”. This is Muffin Builder item.
Thank you friend for your quick reply but i am really getting upset as i have not found any way to solve this. The calculator is built with pure HTML, CSS and jQuery codes but not a plugin.
So, please find out a way on how i will integrate it to the home page on the revolution slider’s right corner. Only you can find out a way.
But we do not have any solution for this unfortunately. As we wrote, the code must be pasted into the filed we mentioned above. But because revolution slider is not compatible with html/css/jquery solutions it won’t be possible. This request should be sent to plugin’s author because we are not able to help you with this unfortunately. You must understand that some things are just not possible because needs to many modifications.

I have been able to create a static layer within the revolution slider and it works successfully. But what i need now to insert add the JavaScript/jQuery files and reference them from the calculator.
Would please provide instruction in which part these codes should be pasted to set the calculator on static layer?

Sorry but unfortunately we do not offer code customisations. You can try of course to use this js code under BeTheme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom JS section but if this won’t work from this place, it means you must modify includes/header-top-area.php file and if you don’t know how, you must contact with your site developer.

But before some 3 updates it was OK. So – what can I do now – can’t You fix it?
Sorry but we can’t fix it because it is not on our side (it’s plugin). Plugin’s author changed the way of how fields works probably because of important reasons.
when I install an older version VisualComposer will be OK? or will be some problem with last BETHEME?
If you got older version then you can try but we can’t guarantee that this will work.
Sorry – but this is not problem Visual Coposer – I installed ver. 4.3.4 and was the same problem – before 3-4 updathes Be|theme was OK too. it must be problem with theme. maybe in next updates will be able to repair…
Sorry but we can’t agree that this is theme issue because theme has no impact on plugin at all. Plugin is plugin but theme is theme. These are 2 completely different things. So we recommend to look for a problem somewhere else.

Sorry but we also have no idea why it was working before. But basically it is more safe for developers to do not allow people to use html tags inside some fields like title because these are holes for potential hackers and maybe this was the bug in the past.
