Unfortunately we don’t have to much control over geodirectory content. Custom listings are available only using Visual Composer Post Grid element, the tabs can’t be changes, and the page template will be the general one, and unfortunately I can’t understand to what are you referring with full width, what pages would you like to have it full width ?

thanks for your comments. And yes, it’s been clear. Unfortunately, it will then not work for us.

We want to allow people to set up their shop site for free and then just charge a small fee once they’ve actually successfully sold something. So we expect to have a lot of members in the network (say 1000 – maybe not right away but some time in the future) while most of the member sites will not make us any money.

So the problem is that buying one standard license per member site simply doesn’t scale at all for a large multi-site network. It’s the better choice then to develop a new theme from scratch instead of licensing one from here (though it actually shouldn’t be like this – what a pity…)

You could keep our theme only for your main site, and for your free sub-sites only make active a simple free shop theme. And later you can provide our theme as an additional paid service for your customers, fee which should help you pay each license only for customers that really want to use our theme in their shop.

I’ve given a spin to the Ultimate Member plugin and there aren’t any issue with it, everything works and is displayed correctly.

On this subject I really don’t think you’re right, a theme might be built at is best, but it won’t matter as long as you came and add a ton of extra plugins that each of them adds their own style and script files.

This is exactly why there are such optimization plugins available, to deal with the overall output of your final source code.

Please remember that a theme is mostly design related and advanced seo optimizations are totally another subject.

I’m not talking about users sites, that is their own responsibility, I’m talking about raw theme which is on demo page. Please give a look at the source code of the theme you’re putting into this comparison, while our code is raw, their code is fully minifyed, and something tells me this doesn’t happen directly from the theme itself.

Code quality, minifying and other scripts defer practices ARE mostly founded under advanced seo optimizations , even the metrics you compare are mostly seo related.

This discussion can really be endless, and the comparison you’re making isn’t really equally and doesn’t stand in this case ( please give a look at the size of the pages, 4,15 mb vs 1,34 mb, this is mainly because our very big/high quality, used images and because of the amount of content displayed in comparison with their page ).

I can create a new page no problem but under the following setting:

Woocommerce->Settings->Products->Display

If you select the page you customised for ‘Shop Page’ then it adds the template to it automatically, is it safe to leave it blank? Don’t I need to enter my shop page in that field?

Ok, I understand better now to what you’re referring to.

The base shop page will automatically be used as a products archive page, so you don’t need and couldn’t add any content to it. If you need a page in which you would like to present some product selections then you can create an additional page and add woocommerce data as previously recommended.

I have a few questions about it and since this would be another purchase of your theme, I’ll ask them here.

1) Can I charge for directory listings? 2) Can BuddyPress be activated and, if so, can I charge for membership as well? 3) Can I add more tabbed areas in the listing’s page? I would like to add an ‘offers’ tab and a ‘public statement’ tab. 4) Can video be put into the slide show or is there another way to display video?

The new directory demo is built using GeoDirectory plugin.

1) Not out of the box, but GeoDirectory has some addons on which you can give a look and see if it helps you achieve this.

2) Yes, you can still use BuddyPress and create memberships.

3) The listing page is also created by GeoDirectory, so you’ll have to contact them and see what are the possibilities to create this.

4) Using Visual Composer you can add videos pretty easy from the page builder.

Yes I mean the authorization API social network Vkontakte and the link in the top bar on the group or page Vkontakte. Network Vkontakte is very common in Russia and Eastern Europe, integration authorizations will attract more visitors to the sites of customers who use Kleo. thanks for the quick reply
