Hi I just bought the theme and started working with it. I want to set up a website quickly with the IT services theme and just change some text and pictures. So similar set up etc. I managed to update the revolution slides and found the other sliders but I can’t find the other original pages which are in the demo. Can you tell where I can find them? I don’t see them under pages….wha am i missing;-)
@ to question above: i mean al pages mentioned in the menu. Where can I find these so i can update them for my site?

yes, sure. It’s very simple. The Be|ITService demo, like any other you can import from BeTheme Demo Data with “1 click installation” feature. Please take a look at support forum where we left more information about this option.

Hi great theme, I made the body copy 15pt because I thought the default was too small. Because of that, the footer font size is also 15 and now looks too bulky and overwhelming.
How can I make only the footer font 11pt?

Yes, this works for sure as we tested it on our side. We recommend to clear the cache and check the custom css because you may have some css mistakes and that’s why above code does not work. Or simply send us url to site where you did it and we’ll check what you did.

I am thinking about the buying the theme but I have some questions like, I want to make a showroom without selling my products. I will just show them to my customers and dont want to add any price information. Is this possible ?
And the second question is, Can I add colour option with small images (not the dropdown) to the product page ? This is a very important detail because all my products has colour varieties.

yes, it is possible to use WooCommerce as catalog. This can be activated with just one click. About colors variations, if you mean this default feature which is available for WooCommerce, then yes, you can of course because this works great with our theme.

do you mean to open right offer slider item (which already slides) or you mean that you have for example 4 offer sliders and you want to link to the right one? Whats the chance in getting Email and Vine added to the Social Media settings? At least email, this is very common. Also, maybe allow for custom Social Media services (some themes like Avada support this).

the icons set we got included into theme, does not have Vine icon but we can try to add Email icon to social with next update. Also we got in plans an option for custom icons uploader. At this moment we work on new Muffin Builder and when we finish this, we’ll take a look on custom icons.

On startpage I had to change “Custom | CSS” but I can´t change the code – not editable, remains like the first time, confusing system.

I am able to save, but inside the area “Custom CSS” I can delete or change the code: html { background-image: url(”/ayurbay_wp/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/home_vision_bg3.jpg”); background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:center top; } But after saving/actualisation there is no change, I even can´t delete. So I made a copy of this site … same same. So I cannot change picture or path
any other changes on this page does happen right… except area custom css
By the way, startpage was crashed after switching to frontend editor and saving there, everything messed up – but this is not the reason for custom css problem, as I tried to change it from editing with frontend editing…
So if you are not able to save the last field of “Page options” section, we recommend to contact with host admin because max_input_vars variable must be increased if the other options works well.

because this problem is not related with theme at all, you must contact with host admin and ask what could be the reason exactly. Before this, you can try to re-install theme and wordpress files but only via FTP (this way is the safest one in our opinion) and then contact with host admin if this won’t help.

I love your theme !! It would be great if you could find a way to automatically upgrade visual composer during a theme upgrade. Now I always have to FTP the new version after an upgrade.

Visual Composer which is bundled into package, can’t be updated automatically. If you want to get automatic updates, you must buy a plugin separately and then under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Premium plugins section you must set right option for extra license.

Images are vertical and that’s why does not fit properly. If you want to change images sizes, you must modify functions/theme-functions.php file where add_image_size() functions are.

I just updated to latest version and it still is not working.
It seems to be an issue with a plugin. Specifically”Remove Query Strings From Static Resources”
If update did not helped, then please deactivate all extra plugins because one of them must be a problem.

there is a limit in the amount of text that can save through muffin builder? I can not add more content to a page. Any help?

Hey Gianluca,
there is no limits of course. The only limit can be on server side. And if you are not able to save larger amount of content, you should contact with host admin because max_input_vars must be increased. Probably you got 1000 by default while should be minimum 10000.

Can you tell me what that little white arrow does in the right corner. Also when I scroll down and back up a black bar appears. Any way I can get rid of that? i enabled something but I can’t figure out what. http://thesnapfactory.com/

this white arrow in right top corner is sliding top section where you can use widgets. So this works like a widgetized area but looks nicer. We are not sure what black space you mean because we do not see any but looks like you got some errors in html code. We recommend to fix them and also please do not forget to deactivate all extra plugins/tools which may cause this issue because as we see, sliding area does not work properly.
