We’ve used uncompressed images directly on our demos due to theme styling so that the end user will have high quality images loaded no matter which display device is used. You could always use an image optimization tool such as this one to have your content use less resources –JPEGmini. Also, we’ve included all of theme features in each demo, creating many content-heavy posts, portfolios etc in order to showcase all the options as in-depth as possible. Please have in mind that we haven’t received any complaints from our customers regarding speed issues that are code-related.

You should choose one demo site to import and create your web site from it. If you update multiple demos, skin of last imported demo will be used and main menu will have many options, so you will need to edit it and remove additional options

Did you read through this thread? I had specifically asked about wishlist, compare, and quick view buttons on the category page. I will open a ticket and hopefully the issues will be resolved. I would not have purchased this theme if I had known these issues exist.

When WooCommerce gets installed you’ll see many widgets available for use in WP Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets. Some of them can be used for filtering – http://screencast.com/t/HuOEsUE6

In regards to an exact search field, dedicated for WooCommerce products, you can try to find an add-on that can help you with that or use native WP search widget that lets you search the entire website.

It shouldn’t be more than a couple of minutes depending on your server speed. However, in this case it seems that you’ve run into a server issue.

1. Run this plugin to revert your WP installation to its original state – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

Note: This will delete all content from your site.

2. Navigate to WP Admin -> Appearance -> Themes and activate Capri

3. Disable all plugins you might have installed under WP Admin -> Plugins but WooCoomerce (if you plan to import shop demo files, if not disable this plugin as well )

4. Double check that in WP Admin -> Settings -> Media you have selected default Media folder

5.Increase post_max _size to 64M and max_execution_time to 300 in your php.ini file. Increase PHP memory limit.

You can perform these server configuration modifications yourself or contact your hosting service provider to adjust this on your behalf. Try to import demo content again.
