The theme doesn’t include such functionality, sorry, you have to look for a plugin. For custom taxonomies modifications on the code may be required.

Don’t set post type, it’s used for custom post types which is another thing.

Hi Emil if I would like to show on block the latest video from all categories: select all categories, displays as well as other articles and not just the video. Or is it the only solution to filter by tag slug: the video?. When entering the video content marked with video (pots type). thx

1. You just have to select all categories and use the tag filter.
2. I’ve tested it on my side and it works fine, make sure you set the correct categories. Also note that the if the posts displayed by the block are included in multiple categories the category tag displayed on module thumb may be different from the one you selected on the block. I’m using block 15 on my site and my blog post titles keep getting cut short and won’t show the entire title. Is there a way to fix this?
Ignore this post guys. I’ve figured out that all you have to do is change the excerpt length in the block settings in the theme panel.

I love this theme but i just want to suggest you do something for social sharing icons. Then open the Smart List tab, chose one of the available styles and save/update the post. – http://screencast.com/t/CkV8pDYMlrg
2. The theme doesn’t have such a feature, we plan to add it in a future update but for the moment i cannot provide a date for it’s implementation, sorry, we have a lot of features on the list and we have to take them one by one.

1. Try to refresh/reset the cache on your browser. You can also try to access the site from a different browser/device.
2. The height of the image is 424px and the container has 462px, wordpress doesn’t know how to upscale the image. For that you have to use a combination of plugins – https://wordpress.org/plugins/thumbnail-upscale/ – and – https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

Some are on our list but i cannot provide a certain date for their implementation. We have a lot of features on the list and we have to take them one by one.
1, 2, 5 – A quicker solution may be to use a plugin.
3. The theme comes with a print css, the print button can be added on page via a plugin.
6. The tabs are already a part of Visual Composer and you can add a block in each tab and set a different sort order for each one.

Purchased the theme a few days ago. I really like the changes that you’ve made to Newspaper. I am finding it very easy to use and it really takes Visual Composer to another level. It’s a really nice theme with many great features for non-techies like myself. I love the slider, the filters, the blocks, login, and so forth. Your attention to detail and commitment to the theme is nice. Now just about every theme says this, but I hope this is really the last theme I’ll ever need. A very slick but friendly to use theme.

How works the “featured post” on the list of category page ( Most popular, 7 days popular, Featured posts etc) I need to have just one category name ” featured post” ? If i want 36 category differents with featured post ?

This category is hidden and it’s used to filter the Featured posts. You just need to add this category to the posts you want to be Featured – http://screencast.com/t/uzxTdkelkw
