We do not have instagram widget in our theme. You can instagram to the list of social icons by following the process shown below:
1) Open the folder “wp-content/themes/dreamspa/images/sociable/ through FTP” and add an image for instagram. And keep the image name as “instagram.png”.
2) Add the hover image at “wp-content/themes/dreamspa/images/sociable/hover/ through FTP” and add an image for instagram. Keep the image name as “instagram.png”.
3) Open “wp-content/theme/dreamspa/style.css”, and add the line as shown in the attached screenshot.
4) That’s it. Now you’ll have the option of instagram in dashboard > Dreamspa > General > Sociable.

I am getting the ‘Internal Server Error’ when loading the Demo data. I suspect it has to do with setting on the GoDaddy servers. I really need to load the Demo data, is there a work around?

Sometimes demo content import may fail, it may be one of the following reasons.
Your PHP memory limit, exceution time, upload size may be set too low. Kindly, Check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so.
1) max_execution_time > 600
2) memory_limit > 128M
3) post_max_size > 32M
4) upload_max_filesize > 32M
If you receive ‘500 Internal Server Error’ then it may be because of any one of following reasons.
i) Your web server may be configured incorrectly (ie configured with incorrect directives). You have to contact your hosting support to resolve this issue.
ii) Your files may be corrupted while uploading it to your web server. Those files may be transferred successfully but it is unusable by server. If it is theme files upload it again and import demo content. If still you receive this error deactivate the plugins one by one to find the cause of error.
Note : You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin found here. If you still can’t resolve the 500 error, talk with your web hosting support.

I already read and tried these things. I load new templates weekly and don’t have an issue. I don’t have time to spend figuring out why this is happening. I would like a Refund, I have already loaded another template and started customizing it. I can’t spend days working on a problem loading data.

hello I have a small problem in my blog page shows outstanding image(Thumbnail) but do not select any (gray box). I would not use that option. Never use outstanding image(Thumbnail). Also it thinks of the same in INDEX, in the section on our blog.
I searched EDITOR: single.php but I have not found anything.

I have questions about the images and image effects. I understand the images are not included. There are rotating effects on the homepage (the pictures fade in and out) – are these effects part of the theme and will we be able to implement the effects onto our own images?

I have a question about the theme updates that are provided from time to time. Step 3 of the instructions state:
“3) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.”
The changelog shows what was done but it does not indicate what files, specifically were changed. There are HUNDREDS of files and if we are not to just re-install the theme from our blog dashboard how do we know what files changed and need to be uploaded? Is there a list that I missed of changed files? Surely the programmers have a list of what was changed in what file…

I am using “Sapphire” skin and want to change the divider bar (closed-border.png) I see the base skin folders, but not Sapphire. I know I need to replace that file in the skin image folder, but cannot locate.
Also, I am trying to use custom icons with fontello (makes font icons) In other themes, this shows up in font awesome. Here I cannot see any icons, so I have to guess what it is called. If I just import an icon, it is not centered or white. Advice?

1) We do not have a skin name “Sapphire”? The image closed-border.png can be seen in all the skins folder inside the images folder.

Quick question. I ran into this Google resource the other day

I have made some modifications to the skin and a couple of other minor formatting preferences. AND the site looks fine on the iphones, iPads and in the live preview of the of the them here on themeforest.com.
I’m wondering what the discrepancy is and will this cause google to rate the site lower (as they now rank on mobile friendliness) because it somehow does not fit their specification.

1) We checked your site in chrome and firefox and it seems that the font is displaying the same in both the browsers. Please have a look.

When I change the template on the Twenty Thirteen so all Czech characters are displayed correctly in all browsers, but when I change the template on the Dream Spa and Czech characters are not displayed correctly in IE and Firefox 11 browser in the same font style as the other characters. In the template Dream Spa is set Google fonts.

Look at the attached display screens compared GoogleFonts font Open Sans Condensed. This font is set in the template DreamSpa. On the GoogleFonts in the browser IE11 and Firefox also displays fine all Czech characters, but the template DreamSpa Czech characters in this font are displayed incorrectly. Our font family uses ‘Open Sans Condensed’, sans-seriff which makes the fonts to be condensed. Just remove ‘Condensed’ from the font-family in style.css file line no: 38 and have a look.
