Hello, i want a new modern theme for my photography website and I am trying to decide between 3 themes. I saw in the comments that there is an update coming in about a week. Is this a big update or small minor update. If it is a big update then I would like to wait until it comes out before I decide.
Does the x have many different css3 Animations for content?
It seems like x has an issue on Icon 1 homepage, the Right sidebar covers home menu at a certain page width?
Does X have a layerslider?

Hi Robert,
The update was released last week.
We have various animations throughout the theme including animating content in as you scroll down the page including things like our AJAX cart update for WooCommerce.
There is not a right sidebar on Icon 1 (there is a left one), and I wasn’t able to recreate it covering any content at various widths. If you are referring to the menu/navigation elements slightly moving below the logo as you resize that is simply because of how many navigation items we have up there in addition to the narrow size of the main content area. These are things you can set to the pixel in the Customizer based on your menu needs.
We include a copy of Revolution Slider as well as a Responsive Slider Shortcode.

Not impressed with this theme. Unless you plan on using a lot of generic plugins or paid plugins, or know how to code this theme isn’t for you. It’s fine if your looking to create a generic looking wordpress site. I would use Jupiter if you want a lot more bang for your buck.. Much better without the hype. Wish I could get a refund to be honest.
Sorry you feel that way as we have many customers that feel differently. There are over a dozen plugins/extensions that are provided to allow for even greater customizability on top of the multiple unique designs built in. Why is there so many different emails and logins an i have about 50 different logins here for ONE website and noone seems to be able to help me and now I have to sign up for YET ANOTHER thing to receive help ? It shouldnt be so hard to get assistance for something I paid for.
Changelog is absolutely no help , it tells you what has changed but not how to fix the stuff changed by the latest updates .
It will not let me login , nor will it let me register. This is ridiculous – I was told to make a wordpress site as the support is fabulous , and its easy . So far I have spent hundreds of hours on a website that just decides to stop working everytime an update goes through , and I cant even log in to the place that i supposed to be able to help me !
We sell through Envato, however all support is provided in our member area forums as explained on our support page and listing. You simply have to register one time for access. If you have not done so already, you can do that here.
There is nothing you should have to fix after the latest update, however the Changelog is what will give you all the latest info on what was included with each update. If there is a problem with your site, it is something to do with your particular install or customization of it. As such, a member of our team would need to see specially what is going on in the forum so they can help you troubleshoot and find what the issue could be. Once logged in, this thread explains how to search/post in the forum if it is your first time there.

You’re welcome! The same answer would apply here as above as that is part of a premium extension to WooCommerce. Out of the box, we are compatible with WooCommerce and provide 4 distinct shop designs (based on the Stack you are using), however customization beyond standard WooCommerce features is not something we can provide support or guarantee compatibility for. We can tell you that we don’t replace the WooCommerce lightbox so that part shouldn’t be an issue.

Hello, I’m trying to add a single line of javascript to my code to integrate a third party iframe. This works in “text editor,” but not in Visual Composer. Please help!!

Is there anyway to have a background video somewhere on this theme, or videos in the slider ? Its for a video production company.
Also, another option – can you have videos auto play in the slider? ie like a timelapse video and similar to the background video in the first integrity homepage.

You can technically have an unlimited number of background videos within X (however this is not recommended from a performance/usability point of view).
The video can autoplay in the slider when it is a background loop as you see in our Integrity 01 Demo. You can add a header video like this or a video background to a certain section on the page.

yes – I have the WP Lightbox Ultimate plugin – would this allow for the portfolio items to pop up in a lightbox without navigating to each individual portfolio page?
ie like ( rawproductions dot tv ) work section? (a little play icon activate lightbox)

Cannot customize theme while using XAMPP
I replicated a client’s site to my local XAMPP to migrate from an old template to X.
X is installed and I am able to manage my WordPress control panel without any problems.
As soon as I go to “Appearance > Customize” is loads the left navigation panel and in the right pane is stuck in a login loop. It asks me to login, I login, and then it reloads the login screen.
How can I fix this?

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear you’re having a little trouble with your local development environment. This definitely sounds like something with your local environment and how it is setup. Regretfully, since we can’t check this out personally since it’s on your machine, there is not much we can provide in the way of guidance. While we do not personally use XAMPP, we all roll our own local environments for development and have never run into a problem like this and I have never seen a similar report from our users. You may be able to see if other XAMPP users experience this problem on the WordPress forums and if that can offer any guidance.
I have replicated the site on a subdomain http://dev.poffysmoviemania.com and the same problem is happening. I am stuck in a login loop on the customization page. I have also set the menu location and the menu bar does not show up.

I changed the website url to be http://poffysmviemania.com/dev and that made no difference. I am still in a login loop and no menu bars.

I just found the solution. I am posting it here as it may help others.
In your wp-config.php add

Please note that this was not a problem with this template. After disabling all plugins and switching to 2013 Theme the problem still existed.
Were hosted with Host Gator on a VPS running cPanel.

Hi, I just purchased your Theme and love it, however, when I try to embed a widget in the Cornerstone Editor, it overrides the rest of my sections and moves to the top left corner of the screen, freezing everything and keeping me from going back to the WP editor. Has anyone else had this problem?

How do i add shopping cart at navigation bar like LeShop Integrity? This is frustrating =(
