I investigated this and found that the plugin creates 2 images one for the thumbnail thumb link, and one original image . The plugin when takes a thumbnail it creates a darker version of that image, and i’m afraid that we can’t do anything about that, if this is very important for you here is the link of plugin where you can contact the author direct http://terrymun.github.io/Fluidbox

Thank you, as always, for responding to my issue. I have tracked the problem down to how the Wordpress Media Library importer creates its various daughter files (sixteen in all ranging from 150×150 to full size) from the original imported. image. The issue is reproducible on a Wordpress site that has neither Kalium or the Fluidbox plugin.

The solution is straightforward: use the Save for Web function in Photoshop to assure the color palette is web compatible. Unfortunately, Adobe removed Save for Web from its recent Photoshop CC versions and I lazily skipped using it. It is now found again in Export > Save for Web (legacy) and using this solves the issue, which was an important one for me.

Layer Slider don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of Layer Slider included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,

You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

Update 1.4 of Kalium will be released next week with the latest version of all plugins.

You need to re-write it and after the nth-child(2) add the a selector like this:

  color: #ff0000 !important;
}

Take a look at the !important rule also, you have typed it wrong.

Unfortunately, this won’t help in case of VC carousel, because both buttons have their hash anchor set to ID of their carousel element.

I would rather suggest to remove “return false;” from the click handler and instead just prevent default action of event, which is following the link in this case. Ie. have “ev.preventDefault();” somewhere in the handler. See also: http://api.jquery.com/event.preventdefault/

I am using version 1.3. But I don´t know if I can update it. I say this because in the beginning the demo content installer was failing and one of your colleagues had to install it for me manually. I gave him my credentials and he did it.

After he installed it I was speaking by email with some of your colleagues fixing some bugs because my theme was not perfectly installed.

When I thought everything was ok we stopped talking. Some days ago I found those and I wrotte you again by email for you to know the history but now anyone is answering me. I know that this email it´s not for support but I think it was and special case.

Anyway, that´s why I am writing you here. please have a look to my email chain to know about it.

1-About the first problem, I had the same one with the principal menu and one of your colleagues added some CSS to change it. Now the same problem it´s on the footer.

2-And the second one seems like something it´s not properly installed. Have a look.

On each update we are releasing new things to Kalium, and based on clients feedback we are improving our product on each update

Kalium theme is developed with the latest technologies, and some old devices can’t support them.

P.S: When you live preview our demo site, www.kaliumtheme.com from themeforest don’t forget to remove toolbar by pressing X.

Then the new window target will be applied in this case. If you set Item linking to Continue on Single Page then the “new window” option will not be applied.
