Hi, I love this great theme but I have realized that there is a problem when using touchscreen PC laptop. Hover effects not working when I go the mouse over portfolio images. Icons not appearing. Only works if I touch the screen. Are you able to test this page via touchscreen PC, http://the7.dream-demo.com/project-category/08-design-photo/

As correctly mentioned, when theme recognizes the touchscreen as a primary input – it adapts itself to it.That’s why mouse hovers will not work in this case. This is normal behavior.

I just purchased this theme but I see that menus cannot be imported along with who knows what else. Is there any way to get the Shop layout working just as it looks in the demo site? I don´t mean importing just some dummy content, but having the site look exactly as it looks in the public demo with all contents and features. Currently it looks like I would have to manually go through a manual process of feature by feature setup and configuration, can you confirm if this is the correct way to achieve this? Isn´t there a faster way? Thanks in advance.

That basically is “phone view”. When all content separated in columns collapses into rows to improve the readability.
Considering the screen sizes of modern hand-held devices we recommend to set it to anywhere between 630 and 970. (We are using “970” on our demo).

Then you should make sure all faqs regarding your templates cover all bugs so that we don’t need to open tickets. Faqs just cover basic things. You are very aware of the problems with Gravity forms compatibility, WPML and many others. If I can’t receive any support any longer are you willing to refund the purchase cost?? I need I template that I can receive support with, you can’t just refuse to provide support. Please reconsider, I already did too much work to have to start again.
