Hello, thanks for awesome theme!
I have just one question! In One page demo when I click on menu, it scrolls trought all pages to desired section.

We need Ubermenu support!! When you have lots of links/content in the menu, the menu gets ugly.. easy fix with ubermenu!
Maybe a little harsh, i love the theme very much and the developer always responds to support questions. Only thing is; ubermenu was supported at first, and now not so much anymore.
Would be good to have.

Thing is Ubermenu has lots of its own styles and The7 has lots of styles for menu and headers. It is almost impossible to “make them friends” 
Nevertheless we are trying to do the impossible in one of upcoming major updates 
I know my way around CSS, so style wise i would be able to integrate is. Do you have any clue when the next version is due?

Hi. The pagination on the Blog doesn’t work for me for some reason. I get a 404 page on page 2. Does it have to do anything with permalinks?
My current settings:
/ category / postname Category base: blog Blog pages show at most
As a result the link page 2 is pointing to is the following:
http://mydomain/blog/page/2The link structure looks ok to me but resolves to 404. Do I need any additional plugins for pagination to work?

How do I put it delicately.. your comment is not true, to say at least. Your ticket was last replied by our staff 17 hours ago.
Also please note that our support system is build in such a way that every reply to ticket moves it to the end of the queue. In other words if you are trying to “bump” your ticket – it will be automatically moved in the end of the queue and will take longer time to process.
And one more thing. Please learn to behave yourself. Don’t forget that according to Envato user agreement you are purchasing themes without warranty of any kind, support, etc. It is our good will to provide support. If you will not stop making false claims, we will be forced to suspend your access to our support system.

According to theme support tab:
Requests are being processed on business days from 9:00 to 19:00 (GMT 0.0) [normally] within 24-48h in the order they were received.
At this moment usual response time is 1-2 replies within 24 hours. But please note that our support system is build in such a way that every reply to ticket moves it in the end of queue. In other words if you are trying to “bump” your ticket – it will be automatically moved in the end of the queue.

I CAN'T make it to look EXACTLY like you did on your LIVE MAIN PREVIEW...Can you create BACKUP BUDDY zip already installed and configured same way to look same way as your preview live demo ?

No, that will not be possible: most of images on theme demo are copyrighted and we cannot redistribute them.
Besides, only things that are not included to demo are menus and widget areas. But I do not see a big problem in that..
I have recently purchased. I am getting an error while uploading the theme to my wordpress installation.
“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
and if I manually upload the theme to the themes folder, i get the following error:
“Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 27 bytes) in /home/akhilmenon/public_html/test/wp-content/themes/dt-the7/inc/extensions/wp-less/lib/vendor/lessphp/lessc.inc.php on line 658”
Could you provide a remedy for this so I can get cracking with this theme.
I am using wordpress on the godaddy shared hosting account.

1. How can I remove the blue loading screen when you enter or refresh the website page 2. On my mobile it shows a button in the footer with “bottom footer” Can I remove this?

Hello,
Importing menus and widget areas will mean direct interfering with DB. This is not safe: in case if somebody accidentally imports demo content on ready-made site – it will effectively erase all the information on it. Therefore at this moment menu and widget areas export/import is not possible.

It’s doable.
Option 1. Use a “micro site” page template for pages where you need individual logo.
Option 2. Use bits of custom CSS on pages where you need individual logo.

As every other theme – yes.
An older version of the theme had a Background tab for Row Settings. Where is it on the newer version? I’m trying to set up a full width row with background colour, but center the content in the container.
