I have installed the Wordpress theme Samba on my website, but in the last week the website goes blank. And contact your hosting administrator and told me that the issue is a problem and not the hosting. I have the latest update installed wordpress theme Samba and yet the website is blank without any error.

That is certainly not related with the theme. Did you turned ON the debug mode?

In that case the problem should be related with the htaceess file. Probably a caching plugin messed things up… If you want us to check it please send a private message with the FTP login details.
Otherwise please contact your hosting company and ask for an error log (if they said that the problem was with the theme they should have more information).

I am having issues with my blog posts. I know it is caused by the ajax loading because when I refresh the page, it all works fine. I know I can turn ajax loading off, but I was wondering is there a way to turn of ajax loading only for the blog posts? I would really like to keep the rest of the website loading on ajax, only the blog posts are the problematic ones.

Some contents do not load correctly from the sidebar. They load correctly if I use regular load instead of Ajax load. This only happens on blog posts
So I want to keep the website on ajax loading EXCEPT for the blog posts. I want those to load regularly without Ajax. Is that possible?
What content exactly is not loading properly?
The comment form sometimes does not load correctly and a subscribe form for Bloglovin sometimes does not load correctly
Also, the default share options for Wordpress. I did not like using the default share from the Samba theme because I just did not like how it looked when I had many on mobile version
Both things are related with plugins and in this case you should turn OFF ajax loading. If you only want to apply it to the blog section you need to change some of the theme files manually.

1.) Can I use the “Item purchase code” that I received from you upon purchase to create a support ticket on WPBakery (Visual Composer)? I cannot get this to work on the site:

This basically means that you are not able to make selected text bold without using html or write text longer than aprox 10 lines.

1) You bought Samba and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). This means that you can’t open any support ticket;

I have over 50 portfolio items on the Media Gallery, but it seems like it never works properly or shows them all at once. I have to click the ‘category/tag’ bar at the top until they all appear. The function ended_loading located inside the main.js file is called when a page is loaded. You don’t need to call this function again, because it is already triggered and that is why the theme works.

Unfortunately, the author box still breaks when Ajax Loading is turned on. I told the plugin author that it still does not work, and he said:

Hi Pirenko, I am having a similar issue with addthis sharing buttons. The buttons are placed on all post pages, above the content but do not appear till after the page is reloaded. I’ve contacted addthis support, but all of them seem to have issues figuring it out because they do not know how the samba theme works. They gave me this information: http://support.addthis.com/customer/portal/articles/1692927-using-dashboard-configuration-tools-dynamically but I do not know where the code needs to go.
I’ve spent about 1 week on this issue, as I wanted to try and get it figured out before contacting you.

Yes, it worked before when Ajax was turned off. So, I take it that you have no idea where the code goes, right? This is the last issue I need help with, and the site will be complete.
You fixed the Wp author box for me. Maybe addthis share buttons will be a similar fix. I can give you direct ftp access if needed.

If you don’t answer, I will not bother you anymore about this issue.
