I’ve bought this theme, when I’ve installed it it was always a new problem. First there was an issue with the server, then there was a problem with the memory, now out of the blue there the need for an installment of DOMdocument, I’ve there was an possibility I ask for a refund and bought an other theme which works normal, like all the other theme’s I’ve bought.

We have all the system requirements listed in our “System Status” part of the theme clearly. If you are having trouble with one of those, you can ask our team to help but in most cases, it will depend on your host to fulfill those requirements. On 99% hosts, the system requirements are automatically fulfilled.

A pre-sale question,
I still not sure about the difference between regular and extend license, does it mean there are no functional difference between these two but just the limit on their usage? In other words, if I am just running a website on my own, I can choose regular license because all the function are the same to that of extend licensed theme?

Yes, that is right. Extended license just allows to use it differently. Best way to know of its correct usage is by contacting Envato support.
For the regular license, you can just use it only once on one website. For multiple websites, you will need multiple licenses.

Hi there, I’m getting 504 Gateway Time-out with new Avada installation in my local host, I’ve edited and updated all necessary changes in php like increasing memory_limit to 512 and all those mentioned in documents. would be appreciated helping me.

We are so close to converting to your theme, but we really need a good template manager. We want to be able to place a template to multiple pages, so that when we update the original template, all pages where that template was used will be updated with new content automatically (but keeping the unique content that each page has). I hope I explained this well. We hear of a a template manager plugin that goes with Visual Composer which may do this, but do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this with your theme? If so, we would be 100% convinced!

We have a way to save layouts in our builder but when you change it one location, the other locations won’t be automatically updated.

There is a addon that can do this, but with Visual Composer. Would it be compatible with your theme, or should I go with another theme that already uses Visual Composer? Unfortunately, this is a must-have feature for our website.
We could not say for certain as we have not used that and do not test for it, however it should be alright. VC will work with Avada, but our shortcodes / builder elements have to be used through the VC text element and our shortcode generator, meaning they will not show up as native VC elements.

Hello, I need to edit the “Oops” search result page for when you search for something that is not on the site. Currently, it will show three columns and a side bar.
First column: OOPS
Second column: “Here are some useful links” About, FAQ, Service, Contact
Third column: Try again! If you want to rephrase your query, here is your chance: [Search box]
Sidebar: (easily edit in Widget)
Now my question is how can I change the text in the headline and change the page’s links in the second column? Also need to reword the text in third column. I don’t see it anywhere in theme options > search result.

Just saw that I could change the links under “404 Useful Pages” in appearance > menu. However, I am still not clear how to reword the column 2 and 3’s headlines. Can you point out where to edit those?

Yes the menu can be remade or changed in the standard menu area of WP admin.
The other content is hard coded in the 404.php file so that it is full translatable. The proper way to do this is to use our translation files and translate them into what you need, we have some instructions for that here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/translations/
Or you could change it in the PHP file as well, just be sure to keep a copy of it when you update so it is not replaced.

When I click ‘save all changes’, I get a grey box with a red octagon with an x in it and the word Error !
How can I fix it ?
