Hi, I’ve tested on mobile and works fine, what you need to do is to regenerate your thumbnails because at this time all your images are on full size and need to be cropped at the required size, this could cause the mobile issue.

You can use AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild plugin to regenerate your thumbnails.

Hi,

The themes functionality and performance are pretty similar. The main differences are in designs/appearances and the content area width which slightly differs from one theme to another, Newspaper’s grid width is 1164px while Newsmag’s width is 1021px. Other differences are also appear regarding features, some of the blocks are present on one and missing on the other. The choice depends on your needs.

The theme doesn’t communicate with the database directly, the communication is made from WordPress and you need to configure the WordPress to communicate to a remote database.

I think is ok to use the same license as the copy is used on the same domain.

Hi, In mega menu if you have a parent category will show in menu the sub-categories in order.

In a block the Ajax filters can be set manually and are not dependent by the category, you can choose any category you want to display.

We use the Visual Composer only to build the homepage layout with our components(shortcodes) http://screencast.com/t/r1O6EF0Ee The default components from VC will work the same on each theme that have VC. On each theme, you need to build the homepage because each theme came with different and custom shortcodes for the VC.

2. Each VC updates can break something, and is better for all users to stay at the version that is delivered with the theme because that version is tested and is compatible at that moment. On each update release of the VC we check for issues and we will deliver a version when is stable and with no major issues. Also we can provide the latest version if someone want to try it.

3. The front end editor is not compatible with our blocks system and we disable it.

4. Do you mean to update the theme? To make an update you only need to replace all files via FTP. Also all setting from the Theme Panel can be exported and imported(backup) any time.

5. As you can see there are some issue that could be resolved that will rise the speed score but we decided to not fix them, like Minify JavaScript, Minify CSS, Minify HTML for a better theme inspection who want to take a look at the code.

We have on our forum support some topics with great page speed tips.

On mobile the banner can be on top, the theme have support for this.

And about the banners placements can be placed anywhere with the visual composer on your homepage and also on article the theme support on top post, bottom, and inline after a number of paragraph.

If you use adsense the theme comes with an enable/disable option for each device – http://screencast.com/t/4cjGB6lX – This allows you to switch off certain ads on mobile and vice-versa. The ad system also supports custom html (image+link) ads, in this case you add a banner and url for each screen size, for more details about it check the documentation – http://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebar-ads/ – http://screencast.com/t/86GAsoc5vt – in this case if you don’t add a banner for a certain device the ad will not show up, it uses css media queries to hide and display each ad on a specific device (screen width).

If you want this control for other ad types you have to look for a plugin which handles those ads or make modifications on the code.
