Hi, i wanna ask some questions after i will buy Awada Theme.
1-Is there any time restriction for use. (For example: 1 year is 58$, 2 years is 116$ ?)
2-All plugins is include theme? For example is news slider plugin in the theme? Will I pay extra money for all plugins? or i will pay only 58$ and use all features.

1. Currently there is not a time constraint on it but this is controlled by Envato Marketplace so they can change it at anytime. Right now you get all future updates and support when you buy the theme. One purchase of $58 is good for one final site, if you need to use the theme on a second site you would need to buy a second license.
2. Yes the plugins we advertise for are included with the purchase. Rev slider, Layer Slider and our own Fusion Core.

Well this will depend on many factors. For WooCommerce, check out this post here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/woocommerce/ Search for the “How To Adjust WooCommerce Catalog Settings for Image Sizes” section. The default sizes we use are these: http://d.pr/i/11vEH
Sizes for the layer slider will depend on the size slider you are using, the width and height as well as the overall site width and the type of slider you are designing. For example are these background images, images with text to the side, etc. Generally speaking you should make them for the size of slider and setup you are using.

Thanks once more for such a beautiful but very functional theme. we have been updating our site incrementally whenever there is a new update without any glitches so far. But today, out of the blue after updating to the latest Avada update, our very top menu background image, which is there to highlight the menu with a white background is no longer functioning…:(
We have tried reseting and equally uploading the header background afresh, but no results so far.

Woocommerce shop_attributes section automatically pulls the product shipping dimensions from the shipping data and calls it “Dimensions” – my customers get that confused with actual product dimensions not accounting for the box size. Is there a way to change “Dimensions” to “Shipping Dimensions” or remove that “Dimensions” line all together?

Yes, you can do that.
Navigate to WP admin -> Avada -> theme options -> woocommerce tab and look for the settings related to it.

This option you mentioned gives me only the ability to show or hide Product Grid / List View.
I would like to completely disable Grid View and keep only List View. Is it possible?

The speed of the flipboxes cannot be changed at the moment.
To change the opacity of the background color, you can use the rgba format color in the settings of the shortcode e.g. rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5)

Probably this question was asked numerous of times before but after searching the net I failed to find proper answer – so here I am!
Basically – how easy or difficult would be to replace current lightbox used by Avada and use alternative one (JackBox is something that I have in mind)
Is this possible to do without breaking themes functionality and if so it would be great if you could provide link to instructions or as detailed step by step guide as possible.

In the 3.8.6 changelog, it says “login page incompatibility with member mouse”. Can someone please clarify whether this is a bug to be fixed or one that has been fixed in this version. I would appreciate the status.

I remember being told during 3.8.4 that in the next version, there will be some sort of integration with visual composer. Was something done on that regard or am I just making up things ?

Avada uses its own builder, so Visual Composer won’t be integrated to the theme. But you can still use it if you want. But please make sure to disable the Fusion Builder in the theme options.
