I guess you are using an older version of Kalium, we have fixed this issue in v1.4.1 and works fine now. Please update Kalium theme to the latest version and see if this will work for you as well.

I´m usin the v1.41.1

The problem is that i want to put a black block (as in your demo) over the words “pasión; innovación; creatividad; esfuerzo; elegancia; ternura; superación”

When i write the code for insert the black block and refresh the page, the text that appears is “Hi there! This is Kalium Theme;Developed by Laborator;Do you like it?”.

I must be doing something wrong, but i dont know what… i´m trying also to change the quotes of the code, but nothing….

It is weird how this happens to you, I have tested on my local copy and worked just fine.

If you want to apply map style or how you say color then please go to this site:

Choose the map style you want, click Copy:

Then past that code to Map Style in the Map shortcode.

To change the teal color, go to Theme Options > Theme Styling and set Link Color to your preferred color:

Please can you send me a screenshot of how to open map settings, I can’t seem to locate it in the Visual Composer.

Also I have set a custom logo using the theme options however when the site loads, my logo loads first and then it transitions to the default white Kalium logo. How can I fix this issue?

It is really difficult to test this on the old version of Safari, because mac doesn’t allow us to downgrade Safari to a older version.

Kalium is developed with the latest technologies in mind, and i think that Safari 5.1.7 doesn’t support all of them.

Can you please try to install Safari 8.0.7, the problem should disappear

We have found a fix for this issue

Please download this file and then unzip it.

You fill find there two .js files, copy those files and go to *kalium / assets / js and replace those two files there.

Please hard refresh your browser after you finish this procedure and check if it’s working.

If this fix works for you, we will include this fix on the next update too, so please notify us

• you can change that to margin-bottom: 0px and padding-bottom: 40px

and the code would look like this

I have one more small question (not related) ......how do you do the cool black and white map on the contact page? I can’t find an option for that in the settings. Is it some kind of CSS? Cheers

As you can see from updates, we are trying to add so many new features that users request to Kalium, and we admit that we have delayed Photography demo, we will try to finish some changes to Kalium that will allow Photography demo to be finished as nice as we imagine it.

We don’t have an exact ETA for that but we will hope that it will be released on August.

In an Portfolio Item, Is there a way to disable “Images Reveal Effect” animation on the Portfolio Gallery? I’m using the Freelancer template, if that helps. Right now, the only options are “Fade” and “Slide and Fade”.

I do like the reveal animation but I noticed sometimes it gets stuck in the pre-reveal state (a solid dark grey placeholder) on tablets.

2. Do you mean can you modify the item? Sure this is possible, just click Edit Portfolio Item and you will be redirected to the edit page.

3. If you want to set a menu link from portfolio, go to Appearance > Menus like shown here:

You can access these classes easier for example:

If you want any item to appear the first post from the loop, you can use Post Types Order plugin to sort the portfolio items and align them as you want.

I have tried to fix the Before/After for about 2 hours and didn’t find a fix in mobile, I guess it is conflicting with some wordpress plugins we use in our theme. I think I should integrate another Before/After plugin for portfolio items (because the current plugin we use is out of date and not supported anymore), and will try my best to integrate it in the next update.
