BuddyPress already has an groups page. If you are unable to locate it please go to “Settings>BuddyPress>Pages” and be sure you assigned a page for “User Groups”.

Howdy, I started installing sweet date, after a couple of customizations (no third party plugins) I received this message Call to undefined function xprofile_get_field_group() in /home4/riikc/public_html_linaresdoctor.com/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/custom_buddypress/bp-functions.php on line 2398, and now I can’t even load my website!
There seems to be some sort of issue or misconfiguration in your site because the bp-functions file would load only if you would have the buddypress installed and activated.
Try to temporary rename your entire plugins folder, login to wp-admin and go to your plugins page to reset the status of your plugins.

I added some buddypress plugins, such as- compliments, poke, etc. I was wondering how I can restrict access to these features to paid members? Any way I can do this?
You will need some custom development done in order to restrict more features. I recommend you to hire a developer to help you with this tasks.

Hello, I want to purchase the theme but i have the following questions, Is it possible that on the home page no menu except sign up or Log in shows up so that no content is visible for people those who are not online. Secondly when someone logs in then it should directly redirect it to Activity or timeline as in Facebook. Also i don’t want the welcome screen option showing when people are not logged in, theres no logic as i have seen on some websites based on your theme where when the people are logged on and welcome page shows up. also when someone uploads a photo we need it to be categorised as normal or x rated etc. We want to create a fully closed network website where pages should only be available to members and now content should be visible to any one without logging in. Also tell me if we need to send email to all the members is it possible?

Your questions are more focused on functionality where a theme is more focused on design and user experience. You can achieve what you want but you’ll need to use some plugins to manage your login redirects, you can use the “Peter’s Login Redirect” plugin which can be found in the wordpress plugins directory.
Also, for user media uploads we use the rtMedia plugin, so you might want to contact their author to ask them if they have any addon to let you categorize the uploaded media as you need.

the autocomplete for the city text field does not work.
I have set all the data in sweetdate/buddypress
city autocomplete = On Geonames username = my username City field = City Country field = Country Country Code = “empty”
I want when i select for example germany and type in a city name that is autocompletes the city text field with suggest citynames.

There are too many fake accounts on my community website. Is there an option for captcha? I also want users to activate their account by clicking sent link in email, Without it they shouldn’t login. I also want users to login with their email account at the moment they can only log in with username.

I’m sure that the activate process already works if you have registrations enabled, register bots know how to activate their accounts over emails as well.
To filter the spam I recommend you to use this plugins: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-recaptcha-bp/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wangguard/
For email login please test the following plugin of find a similar one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-email-login/

The plugin works fine on our theme, the only thing is that Visual Composer doesn’t see the learndash post types in the post grid settings. After you have set up your post grid settings, enable it by default for posts and after that switch your post editor to text mode, search for the post grid shortcode and change it’s post_type value to one reflecting learndash post types.
If you don’t have the knowledge to do such manual modifications in your content then please contact the author of the Visual Composer plugin and report them that you cannot use LearnDash posts in Post Grid listings.

Yes you can without any issues, extended license is required just in the case where you have a bigger product/solution in which you want to incorporate our theme and sale it as your product, then you need an extended license for each product/solution you want to sale.

Hello! Issues with sweetdate template theme. When I change WordPress to my language , the Carousel Posts section with the video won’t appear. And Recently registered members carousel does not appear either on the registration form. When I change WordPress back to English language all appear again. When I check on the home page URL, the same content appear, but in another language it won’t appear. What could be the problem? I installed everything over and over again. All the same.

I have nothing to show, i don’t have a website yet, i run it on a WAMP localhost on my computer, i guess you don’t know what can be the reason, I’m tired of this theme anyway, it took a lot of my time, I guess it is more suited to the English language, rather than other languages, too many tiny annoying issues with this theme (switching to my language some setting of sweetdate setting functionality dont work and i need to switch back to english each time to set it). there’s no much support else than yes and no answers and 3 video tutorials all over the internet. I think i’ll leave it for now as it.

This theme came into my hands, I have no code, sorry, I bought a second hand computer and it was there, does that mean I have to throw it away? Maybe it has former owners, I do not know. I can’t get support without a code. I think this theme is not recommended to those who write from right to left (Correct me if I’m wrong), or want their site to be displayed from right to left. The carousel for example, will not be shown.
Our theme is RTL compatible and for using our theme in your site or for ongoing support you’ll have to buy yourself a license.

Our matching system is built on top of buddypress profile fields and it will compare and match the values of the profile fields, sure you can choose from all profile fields just the ones that you want to create the match.
You can create membership levels and block access to the whole profile, member directory, groups page, or private messages, but if you need more in-depth or custom restrictions then you’ll have to create them by yourself with the help of a developer.
Also the profile tabs are from the buddypress plugin and we cannot change the way they work.
