Still haven’t gotten a response or fix on how to install templates or register both themes I purchased. Trying to register for days now and going on 9 emails with artbees support.

All the templates used to be included in the theme. Why did this change?

I’m having trouble installing templates too, if we can’t load them via your install function, is there a way we can ftp them in??? Have got our server to follow your video suggestions but still no go.

Hello, I’m using left navigation. Any idea where to change the menu order on responsive menu? Thanks

It is not possible to change menu items order in mobile view other than main view. If you change the menu order in Appearance > Menus option in dashboard it will change both for desktop and mobile menus.

Love the theme, but the registration process has taken an hour, and I still don’t have the Artbees API key. Seems quite convoluted. Hope I don’t have to wait 24-48 hours to start working on this theme. Thanks, in advance, for your help.

Your theme is beautiful. I’ve bought similar (not as robust) themes and found one or two details in the theme that make it unusable for me. I’d like to be sure Jupiter can take care of these issues. 1. Will Jupiter integrate a Contact 7 form with MailChimp? 2. Can I add other Shortcodes to the theme? And how would I do it?

I forgot one other thing. Can I add and change fields in the Jupiter forms?

1- No you can not do that. We have separate Mailchimp integration which only will be available at header toolbar position.

2- You can add your own shortcodes but it will not have options available by Jupiter for them. Adding shortcodes is completely up to you and your knowledge of WordPress coding. Jupiter does not give any tool for that.

3- No there is no tool regarding that.

2) Woocommerce files needs to be updated! “Your theme (JP2 Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.”

3) Can the newly added “Register Product” on the navigation menu be removed? this supposed to be a white labeled theme.!!

2) Our theme is compatible with Woocommerce, It seems that you have a child theme that overrides old version of the files. You need to update Jupiter to version 4.3.2 and use new files of the updated Woocommerce on your Child Theme.

3) No this theme never advertised to be white label one.

Hey! what is this “LayerSlider WP: You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code.”

There is nothing you can do for that message, as you did not purchase the Layer Slider plugin from their channel. We have a general license and provide their plugin in our theme files. But if you want to remove that message or get specific support for that plugin you will need to purchase it separately.

Custom CSS for elements inside an Edge Slider aren’t being applied. I have an Edge Slider One Pager with a basic two-column layout, and any custom padding/margin I try to apply to the columns isn’t being applied :(

That is because you do not add the css rule as specific as it needs to avoid get overridden by Edge One Pager css code.

Unfortunately Jupiter is not compatible with qTranslate, Jupiter is only compatible with WPML plugin.

I don’t have the “FAQ” menu item down the left of my installation, I have everything else and don’t really want to re-install the template for the fear of losing my content. Is there a plugin of procedure I can follow to have the FAQ posts? (PS, I’m using just the “main” template of Jupiter)

It is not possible to have the template installed partially. You will need to create FAQ posts yourself.

Bought Jupiter last night, and want to make sure I understand the licencing process before I register it. I want to load it on a test Wordpress install just to play around with it, and learn how it works, before I load it onto the client site I plan to use it on. Its the first complex custom theme I’ve purchased. I just want to make sure I’m going to be able to revoke the registration from the test site, and relink to the final client site without having to purchase another license.

That is exactly the case. With each purchase code you can assign one API Key. But you can revoke that Api key and assign another one. So long story short you can use the theme in one installation at a time but no matter on which domain or server. Thanks.

Hi when we activate WPML the visual composer goes all crazy and is broken.

We have a bug with the Visual Composer. The control button for the row are not visible. I can’t figure out why this don’t work properly. I don’t have javascript error in the console, neither the css have been update and the uncheck options is not really logical.

The problematic section is the button that should be visible on top of a row element.

I purchased both The Ken and Jupiter. These themes are effectively LOCKED without an API key that they will only provide through their own website.

I have emailed support about this several times, provided proof of purchase and still, no answer and no API key. And no way of using either of the themes.

never got another email. I’m assuming it will be more “instructions” and questions yet no API key and no way to actually use your theme. Very frustrating.

I’ll be happy to report if/when your follow up actually does produce results and allows me to use the theme I paid for.. I hope it will.

We already answered the ticket. You opened 2 different users and used your purchase code with another one. That is why the second one gives you the Duplicate error.

I’m using Jupiter 4.3.2, and I need help in the below: 1- I think there is a problem in advanced google maps because when I click on the marker to preview the address over the map nothing appear, it seems like the map reloads. 2- I’m trying to use a third party plugin to view more than 3 markers on one map, but most plugins doesn’t work with this theme, I think the problem is in advanced google maps. So I need to know how either to solve this problem or how to deactivate the theme advanced google maps.
