Hello! I need to apply a filter (taxonomy) for each campaign to my theme. So that the site user can filter the types of campaign that interested him. Do you have something to do that?

The theme is nice but the customer service/tech support sucks. They take 48h to answer and their answer is always to send 1048572 details for them to be able to help you, or to pay more money so a designer can fix it for you. Example: I wanted to remove a button that was included on the front page, as simple as that, and they told me I needed to pay for customization to remove that single button. I mean…. I already paid 59$ for the theme plus 50$ for installation (cause yeah, it’s a template but to have the visuals you see when purchasing, you need to pay installation fees)... how hard can it be for them to just delete a f* button. Would not recommend.

That problem can come from you are using older version of Revolution Slider and Visual Composer.
To using latest version. You only need delete your current plugins then click re-install on requirement plugins install massage on top dashboard.
Your site will be install latest version without any license code.

When I try to load a demo slide with the slider revolution plugin loaded from the .zip file, comes the following error: Fatal error: Call to a member function GetStream () on a non-object in /web/htdocs/www.ifcrowd.com/home/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slider.class.php on line 924.
I can not update the plugin because I loaded from the .zip file of the theme.

For retina display, you can use that plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/
For Campaign text, you can edit from : Appearance > Customize > Campaign
About translate, we create POT file from : theme/unity/language to help you can translate all text of our theme.
Open that file then find text to know what php files you need to edit.
Or create .po and .mo file to translate.
