Hi, I’ve tried logging into the support ticket system to get some help. I am unable to reset my password. When attempting to do so I get the message ‘Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.’

The issue I’m having with my theme involves some of the global settings not saving after being changed on individual pages.

For example: the Manage Page Elements > Remove Page Title setting will not remain after I save the page.

Also, trying to save a permalink simply http://unreasonablelabs.org/home/boston ... It reverts to http://unreasonablelabs.org/home/where-and-when-do-i-apply

Leaving the /boston/ URL not to be found. Strange…

edge slider gives slider to adjust content width responsiveness, however depending on size of browser screen, height is cut off. I’ve messed with adding custom css relating to: .edge-slide-content .mk-edge-custom-content

among countless others but nothing works. I’d think applying a height:80% would solve my problem.

You either need to set the slider to full height or use the height option which will have a static height.

Hello,

I have just tried to log a ticket on your support system and it just keeps on taking me to the account section and I can’t seem to submit a ticket.

I have followed one of your documents to add the extra function to change the number of related products in the child theme functions.php file, but I just keep on getting the 4 related products in the bottom. How can i change this to 3 related products only please?

Yes it is possible with Device visibility option of Page Section shortcode.

I have the background with the image (yours, but it was just to try), but don’t know where I can customise the text color, employee picture size etc. I found the employy menu in the back office, but nothing to manage this details.

Hi … I just updated to the latest theme and have lost all the icons for some reason. Any ideas why? I tried to send a ticket but after logging into the main site, it asks me for a login to send a ticket and this doesn’t work? It sends me to this page https://artbees.net/themes/login – no idea why I can’t get in as I’ve already logged in the main site?

I found why this error is being generated:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in .../wp-content/themes/jupiter/index.php on line 14

There is a <script> in which the code is directly in the HTML. This code contains: var mk_images_dir = "http://demos.artbees.net/jupiter/wp-content/themes/jupiter/images", mk_theme_js_path = "http://demos.artbees.net/jupiter/wp-content/themes/jupiter/js", mk_theme_dir = "http://demos.artbees.net/jupiter/wp-content/themes/jupiter",

Googlebots are taking those URLs and try to look in “wp-content/themes/jupiter/”, “wp-content/themes/jupiter/images/” and “wp-content/themes/jupiter/js/” getting 404 Errors and the PHP Fatal error.

Visual Composers works for my Posts and Pages but not my Custom Post Types (Employees, Portfolio, etc). Does your V.C. plugin support the latest theme. Should I buy the full version of Visual Composer instead off Code Canyon?

Just a heads up I’m using: the latest Wordpress 2.4.2 and your theme v 4.3.

Please consider that it is not recommended that you use Visual Composer with custom post types as it may have conflicts. But if you insist on using it please go to main dashboard menu > Visual Composer and enable it for the post type you like.

I love the theme but I seem to be having a problem with the Blog element. Whenever I try inserting any kind of Blog, Blog teaser, etc. in Visual Composer it gives me a blank page. All I can see is my header and main navigation, completely white below that (not even footer is visible). However, once I get rid of the blog element all my content comes back. I can’t seem to get my posts on any page, I have tried with new pages as well.

Note: It was working at one point but it seemed to have gotten killed somewhere along the way when I was creating new posts.

2) Our theme is compatible with Woocommerce, It seems that you have a child theme that overrides old version of the files. You need to update Jupiter to version 4.3.2 and use new files of the updated Woocommerce on your Child Theme.]]

We are sorry for the inconvenience we just found out that 2.4.2 version of Woocommerce is not compatible with our theme. Doing our best to release a compatible version asap.
