Hi, I really like your theme and I’m thinking of buying it, but would really like to know if it is possible to achieve smth before I actually do…
basically, what I would like to have is a carousel gallery, with thumbnails navigation below but also with an option of grid view (grid icon that would lead user to the images inside that gallery and not back to portfolio list). Is that possible to achieve with kalium?
also, is it possible to insert text inside of carousel as well?

WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of VC included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
Remember, always when you update Kalium to the latest version just go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hello Dear Kalium Developers,
I have noticed, that when I set up Custom menu skin in Portfolio or page to “White (Light)” and uploaded my custom white logo, is changing everything. But it should change just that one particular page where I made custom settings.
Is there any quick fix for it, or do you want me to wait for another update?

I think you may have missed my above post. I can’t seem to install the demos without this error, “However few errors appeared during the import process:”. It seems to be broken. There are no portfolio items or new pages. Maybe you could have a look at the install to see why it’s not working. ‘m having trouble with fonts . for example the slider revslider the Raleway font does not work on other computers. Only mine.

That is because you have installed Raleway font on your PC, and only you will see it.
So i assume that you are using fonts wrong on the Revolution Slider
You can use Google fonts by either defining the custom styles or simply, go to general settings, set Google fonts to Yes and add the name of font you want to use in the field.

but that fonts about a saw, are installed in kalium theme. i do not modify nothing. I install the theme and demo content, so when i will see in another PC, the fonts does not work

If you are using that custom font in Revolution slider, so you need to register that font in slider settings:

When I try to import Architecture demo it produced errors. “However few errors appeared during the import process:” No portfolio items found. I have tried this many times and in many ways.

I have tried the same thing and was able to import the demo content. So on this case I need to try by myself to import the Architecture demo for you.

First make sure that you are using our latest version of Kalium, currently latest version is 1.5.1.
To translate or rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support, specially Visual Composer.
P.S: Please don’t update Wordpress to the version 4.3 until we release a new update to Kalium that fully supports it

Will do in the future. But as for the filter collapse, it doesn’t do it. It shows all categories. I wanted to know if you can collapse all categories and then click to expand. Hope this makes sense. Thanks again.

Hi. There’s a problem with the previous/next portfolio item. On the 2nd to last portfolio it doesn’t allow to the next one (see image 1) even though there is one more portfolio item left (see image 2)

The first problem is when you have the Sticky Menu and a short page content, that’s why it is always buggy and we don’t have what to do about it

The next/prev works based on category of item, if that is the last item of sample category it will not have next link even if there are other portfolio items before/after that item.
This setting can be controlled in admin panel, theme options > portfolio settings:

ERROR “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” Went through all troubleshooting and am working with current WP version 4.3.
this happened when installing through the wordpress theme uploader. a friend came to my rescue and suggested uploading the unstuffed files via ftp and now i am able to start working on the customization – but the error did occur many times.
Now the Visual Composer License Key / purchase code is not working.

1) I would like my site to be full width. On a laptop it looks great but on a display there is a large margin space. The container is very small. I do not want my images to bleed – i still want some padding around the border but def would like the site to expand more. Can you please help?
2) My homepage is a portfolio template. When I add Auto Type to the visual composter front end and back end – nothing happens. It does not appear on the page. Can you please help?

1— We currently don’t support any portfolio that expand to full width, but we are planing to release a new layout that will support full width on the next 2-3 updates.

Hello again, is there a way to make the navigation bar full width on all screens? On my laptop the logo and burger are positioned in the top corners, however when viewing on a 27inch Mac, they are positioned within a container. Id like the elements to always appear in the far corners. Thanks, Mimi

We have tried many times to fix that issue, but it seems that if there is a .gif icon and it scrolls it starts to play on every pixel move.
So we can do 2 things there, we can change that icon to another icon that is not .gif only for mobile device, or remove it totally.

I guess it makes most sense to not be visible at all to keep it a simple fix. kind of tough to see the thumbnail with the hover color on mobile.
