Is RTL fully supported?
RTL support is in a beta phase, but you should not have any problems regarding this. By the way after you purchase the theme, if you see the any problem please open up a support ticket and we will inform our dev team to fix the issue.

RTL system works ok now, by beta phase we mean that it may have or may not have problems.
We do not have many customers regarding RTL version that is why there is no feedback. You can purchase the theme and work normally in RTL language, if in any case you see a bug please inform us and we will act upon that.
For now there is no known issue regarding RTL in the theme.

Hi, I just checked on my mobile, the accordion issue of all being open isn’t fixed in Jupiter. Will this be fixed?

OK, I see everyone complaining about the accordion. Seems to work with other themes. Anyway, no need for replyl.

I have purchased the latest version of Jupiter that includes LayerSlider. However, nowhere in the documentation does it include the LayerSlider purchase code which is required for updates. My purchase code for the theme is not accepted. Any help? Thanks

Hello, I am unable to submit a ticket because it keeps sending me to my account page after clicking the “open a ticket” button. Anyway, the Visual Composer (artbees version) has caused an issue with my homepage. I am unable to save anything within the jupiter options below the visual composer elements on a page when the plugin is activated. But will save when I deactivate it. Unfortunately that doesn’t help because you need the VC activated in order to see the results on the front end. So I activate it and the changes are then reverted. Please help.
