Hi,
I’m facing an issue in my site when accessing the Blog page in other language. In my site I have a language selector, and if you access the site using the default language (english) the blog page works fine.
http://www.aquaristz.com/blog/But if you change the language to portuguese, the page gets a 404.
http://www.aquaristz.com/pt-br/blog/This issue started ocurring after I installed GeoDirectory Location Manager plugin. If I deactivate the plugin, the Blog page starts working back again.
Can you help me?
If you already founded from where the issue comes the only thing that you can do now is to contact the GeoDirectory author and report this incompatibility between WPML and his addon.

hi there, i like the kleo but questions before buying 1) the demo page load speed seems a bit slow is it normal or will it be a more efficient FAST code when implemented on a DEDICATED server?
2) can i use the community theme on kleo but also while using on community mode make use of pages which are pinterest style or news paper style posts? or does it have to be EITHER OR? meaning if my main site is community then the pinterest style formating / newspaper formating for some category pages is not possible?
3) is there a way to BAN users who SPAM? this is a HUGE problem for community sites and some sites had to shut down (our sites due to the theme not allowing spam management or IP banning etc). does your theme support any of these for your community theme. There are some goofs on the internet who will always cause problems by spamming the site etc. with sales links and other web spam
4) will the community theme kleo allow woocommerce to be enabled for the buddypress site also?
5) what is the ‘SELL ONLINE’ section in the buddypress you show on your demo? you mean the members of our site can ‘sell online’? how?

1) On our demo site is often under heavy load and also It’s composed from very big and heavy graphical files which you won’t necessary use. Sure, if you have a powerful hosting plan then you’ll get very good loading times, but again, this depends by the nature of your project and by the amount of resources and plugins that you’ll gonna use.
2) Our demo pages are part of the same wordpress install, so yes, you can combine them however you want or need.
3) There are several security plugins that might help you in this case, for example we use WangGuard.
4) Yes, you can run a site with both woocommerce and buddypress active.
5) In buddypress profile you have an option to view only your past woocommerce orders or downloads.

Hi, your template looks amazing. I have one question. I want to use the pinterest style for a tourist website. We have many tours in South America, and my question is about the filter. Can the filter Works with scales of preferences? I mean, for example people put “Patagonia” looking for tours in Patagonia ok? Can results be displayed in a specific order, first tours we´re interested in offer and then the other that match tags with Patagonia also, but with less interest for us to be showed on top? I feel that I was not clear. What I want to know if for specific search, ítems that answer with the tags, can be displayed in a preference order. They put Patagonia, and we have 20 tours for PAtagonia, but want to show 5 most important for us on the top. IS that posible? Thank you
I have a new question before buy… If we put Patagonia, tours with tags Patagonia will be displayed, but can a submenú with related ítems can be displayed on top? Like Pinterest? The filters from the portfolio page is made from the portfolio categories.
Listing your tours won’t be a problem but custom ordering them or an searching trough them with the help of some additional filters will be and you’ll need to find additional plugins for covering this features.

Hi have gone to upload new theme and the install never makes it. It just says ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ Then says please try again? What is it I am doing wrong none of the other themes I have purchased have done this, really lost. Help!
Probably you have a file upload size limit from your hosting, you should contact your web hosting support to help you increase this limit or please consider to install your theme over ftp.

Allmost buying this theme. Is it possible to make forums that people can sign up for? And can I make groups to +20 – if they aren’t over they cannot enter? (Sorry the bad english, hope you get it :))

The pages seems a little slow, but I guess its because you have a lot on it?
The speed of your site it will depend by the amount of content you have, the number of plugin you have enabled and of course by the quality of your hosting plan.
We don’t keep track of customers sites but with over 6000 sells you can imagine that there are a lot of live sites out there using our theme.

Love theme – is there a reason why on images carousel that when an image is set to link image to open in new window that it opens up 2 new windows every time? It won’t just open one widow, always 2 new windows with the same link.

My client likes both the ‘Community’ demo and the ‘Agency’ demo. I’m wondering if it’s possible to create a site that incorporates both.

I just did the update and now the site will not update the colors that are in the theme admin section. it is showing colors that are not even selected. Also the separators from the them now have lines thru them and the buttons do not show up. Very strange…do you have a fix for these issues?

This works great for a Intranet/Extranet.
Would be awesome to see a birthdat functionality, where you can onclude via a shortcode todays birthdays of users in the intranet.
On monday the shortcode would show birthdays from Saturdays and Sundays.
We should be able to customize shortcode including image of user or not, just name, or name and how many years.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed of the experience you had with our theme so I’ll try to get it step by step and provide you an in-depth response related to your issue.
Our theme it’s as light as we could built it but there are a big amount of factors which might make your site pages to load slowly.
Please notice that the overall loading time of your site is composed of: - time spent by the server to process your content data and send it to the client browser - time spent by your browser to load all the resource files ( css, js and image files ) - time spent by your browser to render and animate ( if is the case ) page elements
Additionally, using third party services or resources like external sharing tools or video iframes might increase the rendering time of your pages.
If you make a test with our theme activated and without using any additional plugins, or at maximum just using K-Elements & Visual Composer which are the only plugins highly recommended ( just for the ease of creating/manipulating your content using the drag&drop interface provided by Visual Composer ), you will be extremely surprised to find out that wordpress can deliver pages at such low loading times and with minimal impact on server resource usage.
It’s well known that wordpress itself it’s a software that is built between performance and ease of use, but the real thing that make is so heavier sometimes is it’s plugins, which are the main and the most important factor of influence in loading time.
The first thing which starts to put weight on your pages loading time will be the use of plugins, so that’s why you should enable only plugins that you absolutely need or use because each plugin that you activate increases the memory that your wordpress site needs to process your page.
For example, a clean instance of wordpress and Kleo, as I recommended you in the above test, it will require a maximum of 15-20 mb of ram of your hosting server to render a page.
This memory usage will drastically increase when you will start activating plugins as woocommerce, buddypress, bbpress or rtmedia and much more ( mainly plugins which offers ample/complex features ).
The memory amount consumed in a load page in the case where you have enabled all the plugins with which Kleo is fully integrated will get up to 70-80 mb ram and I have seen cases where this value passed of 128mb of ram per load.
This memory usage will also variate between hosting companies or hosting plans. The most important thing regarding of hosting plans is that there are a lot of customers which tries to run a full platform ( ecommerce + community + forum ) on shared hosting which have very low resource limitations.
I want to point this out as much as I can because it’s the main reason of complaining regarding loading times.
Here are a few recommendations based on my personal experience: - on a shared hosting you might create a simple presentation site or blog - if you need to run a ecommerce, forum or community site you should at least upgrade your hosting plan to a VPS with moderate resources - if you want to use all of this features at once, having them available in one single platform then you should at least consider a more serious hosting company and look for at least a VPS plan with high, dedicated resources.
Sure, you might use smaller hosting plans in case you don’t have any traffic, but once you increase the traffic of your site, you will also have to scale up the resources behind your site.
The other thing that might also put weight on your page rendering time will be the size of the images you use in the composition of your pages. If you end up inserting full-resolution images which are a few Mb in size each, please expect of an increased loading time. Also embedding remote content (youtube/vimeo/soundcloud) has a notable impact.
There are lots of way to optimize your site content, images, and loaded resources, but this task is not meant to be addressed by a theme, for this you can use several plugins to optimize your images, to minify your content source or to create cached versions of your pages so that it reduces resource usage of your hosting server. You should also take into consideration of using a CDN cache proxy for static caching stating resources.
If you will provide us more details about your issue, and provide us access to your site admin panel, we could try to investigate from where does the load comes and we can recommend you what to do to fix it.

Sure, you should have such options trough the Visual Composer Post Grid or Post Grid Element settings.

Revolution slider is causing issues on my website. I updated the theme on 22nd August 2015 and Revolution slider on 24th August 2015. Now my site is not working properly. Is there any solution to this problem? I am sure problem is due to the revolution slider update.
