Hi, great theme! Smooth, fast and clean.
Is it possible to use transparent PNG’s as images in the portfolio? Seems like there is a background color behind it now – or is the image ‘flattened’ upon import?

Thanks, it works better (transparent in portfolio page – used to be gray), but its not transparent when you click up the lightbox). Sorry for not clarifying earlier.

I checked this, and found that the way the Nivo Lightbox (plugin that we use there) creates a new image that is .png, but it doesn’t apply the transparency. You can try to download this image to your PC and you will see that the plugin adds itself the white color to the transparent areas. I’m afraid that we can’t help you with this problem because we can’t interfere with the plugin code even if we want to.

Hi I recently purchased and installed the Kalium Theme. Also, I’ve installed agency demo content.
I have a problem, which has popped up in previous comments. My portfolio items are not filtering like it does in the live demo. When clicking the categories above the portfolio items, it does not filter the items visually, but instead takes me to the portfolio categories page.
Using previous comments as a reference, I have changed the permission of the assets folder to 777 as well as re-uploading it via ftp (again with 777 permission). Neither has solved the filtering issue.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have just set up the woocommerce shop with Kalium Theme and have issues with the visibility of Revolution Slider. It is not visibile on the main page and if I add the short code the some other there is only grey box on the screen and nothing else. What do I do wrong?

Hi Guys,
i have 2 little issues i can not solve.
1. some of my portfolio items doesn´t show up in the portfolio – instead of this there are some double items loaded. Even whren you click on SHOW MORE for loading a few more Items in Pagination there come random doubling posts – whats wrong here? 2. i mostly chose the side portfolio with some vimeo videos. When you click on the item scroll a bit down and open the menu (i got the fullscreen menu) it opens behind the video. on smaler screens you can not click anything. This seems to be a bug of the theme, I added it to the fix list for the next update and until now I changed your pagination options to normal, it works like that.
I also updated the theme to the latest version and all the plugins, make sure you stay updated with it always cause it may fix any issue you may have.

I have a small problem, I placed a youtube video through the ’Video Player’ widget. The video shows but won’t play on iPhones. It works ok on other mobiles and on Desktop computers. Is there a way for placing a youtube video which can be seen on iPhone?

www.mooka.pl – now the site is ok because i restored the database. I saw one minute ago that the auto type baner dissapeared. Please check it too if you can.

I have purchased Kalium, great job! My problem is concerning the “homepage revolution slider” provided with the demo content install. When installed the revolution slider does not appear on the homepage, it is simply not visible. The logo and portfolio masonry are overlapping. In the revolution slider interface the slides and animation of the “homepage slider ” are visible but when I try to preview it , it bugs, page blank for several minutes. I tried to create a simple slider with bulk slides and when I integrate it in the homepage the space for the slides is appearing but the images are not appearing nor loading. There is just the right amount of white pixel. Looking forward to your answer.

kalium is my first theme i´ve bought. my problem is that iam not able to install demo content on it, allthough i customized max_time_execution and size. i cant even create a simple header! is there something like a guidance for creating everything step by step?

If you mean about this layout http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main , i’m afraid to tell you that this portfolio type don’t support the animated eye.
It is supported just by this layout with the text on the bottom, http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/freelancer and this layout is called “Thumbnails with Visible Titles”.
You can set this layout and choose the animated eye from WP Dashboard > Laborator > Theme Options > Portfolio Settings.

hi, i have installed arch demo , but the rev slider is not working its showing blank. white screen.i have checked. php limits and looks like all ok except execution time is less than suggested. can this be the reason ? problem is my shared hosting does not allow to change limits. any alternate to this problem ?

Hi Arlind, I’ve managed to get the arch demo to import but it is not behaving anything like your live demo. That’s what I’m hoping for. Can you please have a look? This was and ftp install and possibly some links are broken? It reported errors after the install. Hello, I wanted to ask why special characters (Lithuanian letters ?, ?, ?, ?, š, ?) are loading not correctly for me. Im using Josefin Sans font. I noticed that on some computers letters are normal, but on mine – not. What it could be? I tried to check it with google chrome, mozilla firefox, internet explorer and all special characters are not correct font except bold text characters.. Also the same problem on all mobile devices. How to fix it? Thank you very much in advance

It depends on the font family if they support specific charset, by default this theme doesn’t process the special characters, this is done via WordPress. Try using some basic font (temporarily) and see if these characters are supported.
I’ve also saw that on your site some javascript files related to the theme are not opening. Please Chmod assets/ folder of the theme and set 777, this will remove those 404 errors as well.
