My master slider just stopped working out of no where.

I just upgraded the theme to it’s latest version and LOST ALL OF MY WORK!!! Is this for real???? I have upgraded themes all of the time and never lost any of my work -

How do we update the theme to the latest version just released – without overwriting anything?

Is there any way to have a dummy image load where the Master Slider goes until it fully loads? I really don’t like how the formatting of the site is broken until the plugin loads.

I used ftp to install the theme. The theme was having so many problems with the pages I had already created that I tried to deactivate the theme. Now my wordpress admin pages are all blank: http://www.jonesandjonesdesign.org/wordpress/wp-admin/

I can’t seem to get the theme to install. I tried on my site and always got an error: Are you sure you want to do this? Try again. So I used it on another domain and installed wordpress for the first time. I again tried to install the theme and got the same error.

I am having two problems. 1) I bought the porto theme a few years back. It was removed from ThemeForest and then added back. Why was I required to repurchase the latest version. I thought updates were free. 2) I am unable to upload the latest version to my wordpress. Anyone else having issues?

Hello, I am loving this theme so far. I do have two small issues I’d like some help with.

First, we have a FancyText below our slider on the homepage. When the page initially loads, the FancyText box is huge (I am assuming to make room for all the text that will be shown. Is there a fix for this? You can see this at: www.emulat3d.com

Second, the included gallery is really nice, but doesn’t seem to work great on mobile – especially portrait mode. When you click on a gallery picture it displays at about a 1/3 of the screen space. Then when you hit full screen, it sizes up far larger than the display is capable of. Is there an easy way to adjust this? Pre-Purchase question: a friend installed this theme and it’s awesome and I thought wow, I could buy this and use for a client. He actually called me to see a problem he’s facing: the header covers part of the master slider when we set the banner type to slider, then set its position to below header and select master slider 1 boxed. Even if we use the slider widget from visual composer, the header still covers part of the slider.
