Featured images aren’t showing up on single blog posts, and I can’t find out how to enable them. Where is the option to enable featured images on single blog posts?

Hi, there is an issue with Oauth on yuor support site….clicking on “Add a New Ticket” from my account page logs me out and brings me back to the sign in page.

Trying to find out how I can overwtite the width of the ”.progress-outer scroll-animated” class in a Skills bar. I basically want it to say 15.5% but have the bar actually show 75%. I see its possible using Firebug but cant get the right css class for the edit to stick. Site is http://miasole.snewsite.com/ and the Skills bars are on the homepage. Please help!

Hi there,

I’ve used Jupiter on different projects and now I’m trying to determine whether I can use it on my newest project before I buy another copy of it.

I have two questions regarding the portfolios on this page ( http://www.nyttutlit.iheartreykjavik.net/index.php/portfolio-test/ ) :

1) Is it possible to get rid of the title and category on the portfolio items – leaving only the excerpt? If yes, how would I do that?

2) Is it possible to replace the icon on the hoover with centered text? If yes, how would I do that?

1) Yes, with custom css code which our support staff will give you. You just need to open up a support ticket and ask for it.

I need to use a plugin from WP Bakery but it says it only works on VC 4.6 and this theme is still using 4.5.1, and update in the works?

Since the last update, the blog archive style isnt responding anymore at newspaper. I tried reinstalling the theme but didnt help. I tested on a new theme without edits and without childtheme. Any ideas why my blog archive page doesnt want to go to newspaper (or any other style but classic)?

If you go to theme options > blog/news > Archive > Archive Loop Style you should be able to change the view to newspaper, unless you modified the theme code yourself.

I think the video doesn’t work in Firefox@android (tested on Samsung S5 mini). (Spinner keeps turning)

Sorry for my late reply. I couldn’t find the notify on email button anymore after hitting the submit button. Anyway, the initial page demos.artbees.net/jupiter/ has the issue. Also on our dev server (default template) this problem occurs.

How to replicate: install Firefox on Android and go to demos.artbees.net/jupiter/ You’ll notice the infinite (media) spinner.

We will inform our development team regarding this.

We have Row ID which you can use in Row shortcode, but it is not recommended to nest inside Page Sections, that may cause some problems.

Registration with purchase code worked on Artbees.com but then when i tried to login it said wrong password. I clicked “Forgot Password” and put my email address I have not received a password reset email and it won’t let me re-register because it says my email is already associated with an account. Can you please help me reset my password.

I tried opening a new account with a new email address but same purchase code and it let me. I was then able to login with the new email address and password, but my purchase code was not showing up inside of my account. So I tried to add it, and it said it was a duplicate. So I basically have two accounts with you, only one of them I a can log into, but it says there’s no purchase code (even though I used one to set the account up). Anyway, I would really to log in so I can the themes downloaded. I only need and want one account.

I got it working. I used the Google+ login and it worked.

This is a pre-sales question aight.

I was testing on few demo pages before deciding on the purchase and i found that the single page demo ( http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/metis/ ) has an issue of not performing properly in mobile ( i am using iOS Safari browser with latest iOS version ).

Using iOS Safari, you can try tapping on any link on the menu and it should bring you to the anchor ID with no problem, but if you were to go to the top menu again and choose another link, it will still bring you to the anchor ID but this time you cannot scroll up and down until some random seconds then it work again. I’ve tried a few times and they keep yield the same error.

Just wondering if this has been fixed in the latest update?

Hi, I have some questions before buying

(1) is there an option to “design” (size/color/overall layout) the “recent-posts” and is there an option to select between categories or e.g. a read on text or date ?

(2) is there a team-section in the backend?

(3) are team-members filterable via categories?

1) No you need to do that section customization yourself via code.

2) We have an Employee post type in our theme.

3) No there is no Category functionality for that.
