When I send a password reset email the email has a footer with – Powered by WooCommerce. How do I remove that? I tried searching through the translations but it seems hardcoded in a php file. Which file is it? So I can alter that.
Probably it’s somewhere in the plugin, which I don’t recommend your to modify any files from it. Try to see if you can find any information in their forums.

does your program have a bad words filter to stop spamming and people posting urls swear words, racist words and email addresses?. Also can you add and remove sexual preferences so only females can search for males?

Your request regarding search restriction by user sex is a pretty custom request, it is doable but it’s a custom development.

Please be sure that you are in a member profile and not in a group profile, I’m saying this because they are visually designed in the same way and this confusion might appear.
You can add sliders with the help of the Revolution Slider plugin.

I did make sure of that its is a member profile when anyone does on their profile, click the profile tab and then click edit it goes to a page that says groups, edit by the way I don’t have any groups setup. this is driving me crazy, thanks for replaying. can’t wait for your reply back.

Hello, is it possible to customize the layout of the search feature? For example I would like a quick search then I would like to add the Accordion for an advanced search and have the ability to put what ever fields i would like in what ever order i choose, maybe age and height on one row, city and country on another row, etc..
Unfortunately without some template modifications I don’t think you can set it up as you like. If you don’t have proper programming knowledge to edit the templates I recommend you to hire a developer.

hi there- just updated the plugins within the theme i.e. woocommerce etc and this happened:
Fatal error: Call to protected TGM_Plugin_Activation::__construct() from context ‘SQueen’ in /home/auriccon/public_html/abza/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/framework/classes/tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 959
Any thoughts? Client originally purchased this theme and we have been working on it for them and have moved the hosting to our platform on SiteGround.

hi – the error appears when you enable the theme. Something in the theme seems to be causing the issue – was working fine and then ran the updates on plugins and it kicked in.
After plugins update, is there any other issue ?
Also, your error doesn’t correspond with the latest version of SweetDate, please update your theme to the latest available version and let me know if the issue still persists.

Hello, with my searches on templates I am interested in purchasing SweetDate. We are new to Word Press as well. My concern is upon purchase and install of theme with my laptop, will customization of the site we will be building be accessible with various laptops/computers with a login? Or is theme restricted to use on one computer? And I’d like to confirm if the templates are mac and pc compatible as it will be a collaboration?

WordPress itself will need to run on a web server, which you would need to have installed on your computers,. WordPress and our theme works without issue on most of the up to date web servers ( wamp / mamp / xampp ).
You can install the theme locally for development without issue, the license only refers to the live product, so for each live site you’ll need a license.

SweetDate needs two options:
First: Set a field (single or multi choice) for this restrictions Second: Allow user only to see profile Tabs of selections of this above mentioned field
This would help to filter profiles for users and this would really really make sweetdate better

Hi, I’m looking for a way that my website users can receive automatic messages with specific information about new user profiles that meet their dating interests. For example: male users would automatically receive messages alerting them of new female user profiles that were recently created. Can you recommend something that will do this? Thank you.

Yes you can use your own Visual Composer, it’s exactly the same as the one we use, the only thing that you will need to be carefully about is when VC releases updates you’ll have to wait or confirm the new version compatibility with our theme, most of the time there are no issues with it but from time to time they make major changes and in that case we’ll need to update some templates as well.
