Hi! I’m impressed by the versatility of this theme. I have some pre-purchase questions:

- Does portfolio page support video in lightbox? I can’t find any example in your demos.

- Almost every demo takes a really a long time to load the pages (and my connection is very good). Is it something related to the demo, or should I expect that performance from the theme?

Regarding lightbox example, we’re not sure if this feature is showcased on demo sites. You know that we do have 100+ demos. :)

And yes, Bridge is compatible with WPML plugin.

hello I’m looking to buy this theme but I have had a bad experience with other developer who took off their theme from envato and then just offered a 12 months actualization and support, after that time i had to buy the theme again to get actualizations. I believe it’s ok to have limited time support, but actualizations should last as long as the theme exist. If a group keep a theme alive, then the people who bought it should be able to get actualizations always.

What is your policy about this matter?

1. Is it possible to disable the lightbox gallery from product pages and instead have the main image get replaced by the thumbnail that the users click on?

2. I have set up product variations, which appear on product pages under “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” – is it possible to remove/hide this product pages?

3. How can I add a special line of text on the cart page explaining that “shipping insurance is included”? – I tried having this as a store notice text, but it is not appearing.

I am looking at purchasing Bridge for the third time – love it!

Just a question before I do, I need to use fonts that are not Google fonts in this website. Can I use a plugin such as Use Any Font to achieve this? Does this clash with the Bridge theme? Or is there an easy way to upload the fonts through Bridge theme/options and still be able to adjust where necessary in the Qode options panel?

We haven’t tried this plugin with our theme so we can’t say anything specific regarding combining those two.

But, you can use any web font you like, besides controlling font family through Qode Options – it has to be done with custom CSS – you will still be able to control color, size, line spacing etc. Our support agents will guide you how to install and use custom font, just submit a ticket to http://qode.ticksy.com
