I have purchased this theme, and tried to put in my purchase code on the theme fusion website, after following this instruction
“Step 1 – Signup for Support Click here to signup at our support center. View a tutorial here. This gives you access to our documentation, knowledgebase, video tutorials and ticket system.”
I am doing this a day after purchasing the theme, I am getting an error code “Oops, it seems that Themeforest’s API is currently down. Please refresh and try again or message us from our contact page.”
Yet, I cannot access the contact page without having a theme-fusion account.
Please help.

This seems to be a font hosting issue. Every browser requires fonts to be hosted on same domain, a sub-domain is considered a separate domain name.

Is there an easy way to get rid of the padding above the grey box on my page or do I have to use CSS ?

That is the main content padding. You can set it gobally in Theme Options > Styling on the Layout Options panel, or individually n the Fusion Page Options.

Yes, you can either use some header padding, find the option in Theme Options > Header, or you cn change the overall height of the menu in Theme Options > Menu. Depending on your setup these options should help.

Unfortunately that also pushes the logo down too. I’m try to push them into the middle of the header row.

Hi, I have updated Avada to the latest version, then wp_options table became filled with records “_transient_timeout_avada_dynamic_css _ *” and “_transient_avada_dynamic_css _ *” after each visit. Now about 1200 entries – 80 MB. After cleaning transient records they are gradually coming back again. It is normal for a new version? Thanks, Dmitriy

When using the recent posts shortcode, you can get a similar layout. Pic on the left and title and excerpt on the right.
Yes that setup works, just use one recent posts in the main content and one inside a text widget in the sidebar.

Great thanks for the answer. it did work perfectly. only one problem i now have duplicate post because it pulls the latest posts. can i make the shortcode pull only the sticky posts? Thank you in advance

Hmm popovers are meant to be quick simple content so currently we do not have plans to add additional features for them. However we may be able to, I will discuss this with our dev team. For now though if you width, you can modify the shortcode file located in the fusion core plugin folder.

im trying to set a parallax background on a full width container. i enterd the image i wanted. and all i get is Smeared picture
i treid to change the size when adding the image to small,origianl, and medium size.
but i only get Smeared picture
how do i set it to show the entire image?
Hello!
I assume by smeared you mean it is blurry? That means the image is too small for the area you are using it in. First, make sure yo are inserting the “full size” image and not “medium” or “small”.
Also, if its spanning a 100% width background area, the size should be pretty large. For example, on a 21” screen the resolution is typically 1920px wide. Your image should be that wide, if its smaller then it has to be scaled up to fit the area which causes blur.
