Should be floatval (not intval) – sorry for the confusion.

I made tests and changes in libs/help_functions.php just to number format. And worked for me.

The search close/open status is set in theme options (in admin). You have an YES/NO option. Really easy. You can choose to keep it open by default and with this option you can have a look like this:

Thank you for the comment. In that header the right area is for user login. If you don’t use the login area, and you wish to center everything, that would require some custom CSS. This was not done by us yet, so please open a ticket here http://support.wpestate.org/, give us your site url with the header you selected and we’ll try to see if we can find the CSS with browser preview.

Recent items slider works with property_unit.php (which is the property listing). You can add custom fields in any php file as long as you add the code correctly. Property_unit.php is also used in properties list, recent items shortcode, my listings, similar listings. The change you make in this file will be everywhere this file is asked for.

—> No, we don’t have that. And there is no plugin to have that. You’d need custom development to create that filter system.

The mostly concerned feature for me is the comprehensive Filter Function, for the property agent website, this is what I would have, like e.g.: https://www.ibuynew.com.au/apartments (the left hand side filter, doesn’t matter the layout but need those filters).

So, as your demo site shows here, http://demo5.wpresidence.net/ (the bottom part, called Advanced Search) , is this all this theme can have (those filters) could you please kindly double confirm on this? is there any possibility for this theme to have capability to add more filters, or is there any plugin can do this job…? This is quite important for me to buy this theme as current filters (advanced search) show in this them demo site have no enough filters but if extendable then would be fine…

For the plugins you get with the theme you don’t need buyer license. Since we have the extended license we give all our clients plugin updates through theme updates. There is only one license per purchase – so only we can use this license to get the updates and then share the update with our clients.

We use Bootsrap carousel as based for the slider. As far as we researched a while ago, official bootsrap doesn’t have documentation for touch swipe for their slider. You can test this slider http://getbootstrap.com/examples/carousel/ (i did as well) and there’s no swipe functionality.

And there’s nothing here either http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#carousel

I assume this hasn’t been added yet.

If they do, we will update bootstrap and enable such a feature. If you have any other link from bootstrap official site that may offer a different info please send me the link and we will review for a future update.

Thank you for the comment and for buying the theme. I understand what you wish, unfortunately the option you’re looking for is not possible with theme features.

How it works now:

Step 1: the Paid Listing system implies user pays the fee set by admin for the property to be published. And only after this fee is paid the property is published automatically (if admin has the option to let submissions approved automatically).

Step 2 – user chooses (optional) if he wishes to pay for upgrading property to featured or not.

If you wish to not do step 1 by setting 0 fee for publishing the listing, it’s not possible. Payment systems (PayPal, Stripe) do not allow payments with 0 fee. Such payments cannot be processed. It’a a payment api technical requirement. This can’t be changed with code.

With the options that exists now, a client did this.

He added a notice in My Properties in the php template telling clients properties submitted are manually reviewed in x hours.

Then he manually approved the properties and users could pay for featured if they wished after that. But it’s not the automatic approval you wish.

What you wish is to not need step 1. Theoretically, it is possible. But for sure it would need custom code to be done. We don’t have such a code done to be able to give the code instructions. So it would need to work with a developer to make this system work as you wish and not as it works now.

—> If an apartment info matches property info we have, you can use the theme. You know best what you need to have. So please ask if you’re not sure if you can add something or not.

Also I did not found an about us page on this theme, how can I add one?

—> You can create a page and use visual composer or ultimate addons shortcodes to add content/info/images with available design. You can also use our shortcodes (such as featured agent, which would make sense to be on such a page).

We didn’t create such a page because any client can be as creative as he wishes when it comes to creating his own pages.

Also can I customized the propertie search for specific thinks or just the ones are show on the demo? Gracias.

Thank you Anna, Yes you are right, I double this post, my bad I know, but the reasons is that I did not checked the “e-mail me when its answered” on the first time so I did it again checking that box. Looks like I can add anything I want, also I think I can change things to spanish because I will need this site in spanish. So far is one of my favorites that I’ve seen and I am still shopping others. Will decide very soon. Muchas gracias.

—> Yes, you can make the site work in any other language, including Spanish. There are the default text labels we add in code and those are translated with standard WordPress POEDIT tool. We have the help here – http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/translation

-> Other fields are typed directly in theme options.

We have a Spanish .po from a client and that can help you save some time. The po files for spanish are in the theme pack you download from theme forest and you also have directions on how to add them to your theme.

Thank you for the comment. Since I have not met with this before, I must check first your wp-admin settings for PayPal and do a test to get to the same step as you. So please open a ticket here http://support.wpestate.org/ – and give us the paypal account to test with same as you if you’re doing a live test. We can set very small prices so you don’t lose money on these tests. But for sure we need to test as you do to be able to advise.

Normally there are messages in the URL from PayPal if there are wrong settings that guide you to which settings are wrong.

Demo content is exported with wordpress import plugin. The same plugin can be used to import only.

If you have problems with demo import (some shared servers have many limits), we can try as well.

First we can try demo without images, then repeat import with images until it goes through (hopefully without having to contact hosting to increase server limits).

You’re welcome. I only saw the follow up this morning in our timezone.

The sliders are in demo_content folder. For each demo there is a separate demo and inside there is a folder for rev slider.

But it’s possible you need the zip version of the revolution sliders demo. They will be available in the update in progress. Revolution Slider made changes to the plugin and we had a few days conversation with them to find the best way to export the sliders so it works for our clients on import. You may need the zip version of the sliders which we managed to export only a few days ago. These we can help send them to you or import them for you directly in wp-admin.

You can modify theme default pins for default theme categories or actions in Theme Options – Pin Management

When you change the category name or action name, you go to Theme Options – Pin Management and add your own pins in there for the new categories/actions or category + action combination.

Each property can be assigned to 1 category OR 1 action OR 1 action + 1 category and you can manage the pin for each option from theme options.
