Hi,
the plugins included in the theme causes an error in visual composer to add an image. I tried to disable all plugins and re-activiate them one by one. First, it was when the revolution slider was activated but after doing some more tests, it’s not possible anymore to add an image in Visual Exposer with one of the necessary plugins activated.

I am having a problem with the theme’s “DONATE NOW” button. It is not working on an iPad. It works on the computer and the a phone, but the iPad it will not collect the data when in I go to the shopping cart to check out. I have checked the sample template you have online as well, and it does not work either. Do you have a suggestion on how to fix this?

We have purchased this theme and have become overly frustrated with it.
We use the live theme editor and it doesn’t save any of the custom settings that we’ve set – over and over again.
Not only that but the theme won’t allow us to stretch anything fullscreen. (the headers or any content rows with images as backgrounds etc.)
This needs addressed immediately.

I have thsi meesage while uploading the data Sorry, there has been an error. File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.
Ok found the solution myself because there is no clear support here. you have to avoid clicking import media…at the bottom of the wordpress import options.

Buyer beware. There is very little in the documentation for the average user. Any type of customization will be difficult and the authors lack of proper coding experience and command of the English language make is dually difficult to communicate and provide understanding.

My concerns are with points 8 and 9 of your sales platform on the theme page. In section 8, you talk of full responsive designs, however when scaled to a mobile or tablet device the logo header and navigation overlay in a way that isn’t natively intuitive to the end user. For instance, the burger bar for the menu is centered on the screen and the overlay menu slides in from the left. This isn’t the most user friendly. Additionally, with item 9, unlimited colors don’t apply easily to all. In order to change the yellow to a custom color throughout, general knowledge of coding is required. The Opal Settings only allow for basic color changes. For example, to change the yellow call to action boxes, the newsletter yellow and the overall yellow colors on the fundraising pages; coding is required that the editor cannot handle alone.
Does that make sense?
One last thing about responsiveness, the demo site and the subsequent purchased site, scroll left and right to negative space rather than use the 100% CSS browser fill command.
Don’t get me wrong, overall it is a beautiful theme, however there are some issues that can only be corrected provided you have an advanced understanding of code. Fortunately, we do.
Just was taken aback when previously you responded this way, to another customer

The responsive issue is on your own demo with the iPhone 6S Plus. Scroll to the bottom and the site will shift left and right. I have created a fix in the Stylesheet with 100% width on mobile view.
Let me ask you this; with the live editor – whats the quickest way to change the yellow newsletter box to a different color? Can it be explained easily? My point was the amateur user doesn’t have the knowledge needed to be able to do that. My additional point was sure, 5000 users can’t be wrong – however there is zero differentiation between all of their sites. It’s counterproductive to design. There should be an easily functioning way to add uniqueness to a site. You’ve allowed logos (within size parameters) and text. So why should I use one of them as a customer versus another?
I’m not trying to argue with you, you have a great template – my point is that the average user who thinks “wow great stuff, I’ll customize it for my business” can’t.
And I didn’t say no coding experience, I said proper.
