Is it possible to set prices per month and not per night? The system is developed to work for short term renatals – so the bookins are per day, However you can set a discount price per day if the booking period is longer than 30 days.

- Can we put in euros, not $? Yes you can set the site main currency in euro (or any other currency)

- Is it possible not to use the booking system but simply to apply for contact with the owner

Hi, The theme has a internal messaging system (similar with an email). This system cannot work unless the users that sends messages are registered. So at this moment the theme is not allowing for messaging from non registered users. If you want such functionality you would need to do it via custom coding. Thanks

1. Is there a any option for syncing calendars? Not yet but we will have an import/export icalendar files feature in the next release. I cannot give you a date for this version yet.

2. We don’t charge membership fees, just a booking fee for each booking. Is it possible to automate that?

3. Can we prompt the user to pay downpayment at the time of booking request? I think the above link will answer this question also.

1 – It seems that bookings can not start and end on the same day…as in you can’t check in the same day some one checks out. Am I doing something wrong?

No – a booking must have at least 1 night.

2 – Can I customize the email content? It’s very minimal right now. You can do that via Poedit or you can chage it directly into the code.

3 – Can booking requests be automatically private? I don’t want it to be publicly available with a URL, and I don’t want to manually change this every time. I;m not sure i understand this question. Please explain with more details.

4 – Would it be possible to include the cleaning fee and other fees as part of the invoice? This is already present. When you issie a invoice the cleaning fee and city fee that are not 0 will appear on the invoice.

5 – I saw in other comments that iCal support is coming in the next version. Do you have a time estimate? No i don;t. Work will begin at the end of this week but i cannot estimate how much it would take until a viable theme release is competed.

There is no Owner role (like wordpress roles)- but jsut a naming convention. You can change the “Owner” into User or other name by using the Poedit and translation files.

You can do that using Poedit and the translation files.

3/ Important: How does the autocomplete Google address work? Because I have tried the back end of the theme and it seems we have to add manually the city and neigborhood but how to be sure it will match with the autocomplete Google address in the search bar?

You should do front end submission with admin account also. In this way you would need to add cities manualy.

4/ Is it possible to remove the Address section on the property page? You can delete that by a simple code change.

5/ Will you implement an ajax page loader for half map or search results?

This feature is not on the immediate agenda.

The theme is WPML compatible but we don;t have a demo with wpml for you.

One last questions : - In villa rental industry, you can charge the client per bedroom or per number of people. For example there is a 3 bedroom/ 4 bedroom rate/ 5br rate etc… How can I do that with your theme. Because you have added the seasonality price change but not in function of the number of guests??? In the Price Adjustement that would be great to add a field for number of guests.

On second question – at this moment the no of guests is not involved in automatically price calculation – You can add extra cost for extra guests (or discounts) when you issue the invoice. Yes but you need to do custom coding – again we can tell you what is the file and where to put the change but you would have to do the code.

1. The user can make reservations without membership? No this is not possible . We need to track the user that make the reservation in order to save and process the bookings , payments etc. If you know a website that is able to do that without membership please let me know so i can study it.

2. as admin, I can modify the template of the reservation is sent by mail? If you want to change the emails that are sent you can do that via Poedit and translation files or you can do that by changing the code.

Hi, The bookings is made via ajax and that means you need to be able to work with javascript and php and understand how ajax works. Also the changes are too complicated to give you the exact code.

for front end booking form you need to change function show_booking_costs in property.js and function wpestate_ajax_show_booking_costs in ajax_functions_booking.php

The other part is the invoice generation on user dashboard function create_generate_invoice_action in dasboard-control.js and wpestate_create_invoice_form in ajax_functions_booking.php

Hi, There is other design but there are several options that you can use to change the appearance. Property page can have a full width header or a classic one. There also 2 property type units and the option to change the colors from a theme option interface. Thanks

hi, You can set a price per day for the ones that rent more than a week or more than a month. So you can set discount prices if a listings is rented for a longer period. Also the owner can apply a manual discount when he issue the invoice. I hope i answered your question. Thanks

Users can submit their own apartments. Paypal api is needed ONLY for the site owner to receive payments from users that publish / or book listings on the site. There is no option for users to receive payments from other users – only for admin.

2) Is it available bankwire payment? No , but for will be present in a future update. I cannot give you a hard date yet.

3) Can a user pay only a part of the whole payment e.g. 20% deposit (down payment)?
