Hi, Just installed Kalium on existing site. Now featured images (blog) are not visible. There is only grey box. Images are not showing on the post listing nor on individual post. Image does appear when you click the box when reading individual post.
2. question: how to implement similar blog like on your demo site? I mean the “Blogger” demo where images are in the center.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved?

Hi, Done both but that did not help.
But… after I dissabled both “lazy loading”(what ever they are…) images are now visible on the blog list but not on the individual post (... they show in the post after click).

However both “lazy loading” needs to be off. If ticked -> no images at all.
Also now the post image is so big that the lightbox effect has no meaning. I could not find option for that (to turn it off)

Can you please tell us what’s the exact error there?
Most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload. Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 9.5 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.
There two ways to solve this problem.
1— You can either get your web host to increase your PHP limits.
2—You can upload your theme via an FTP client.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

Thanks my hosting provider helped me instal the theme as he said the file was huge file about 43MB. Thanks anyway I was not able to install the Envato wordpress tools is that necessary?

You can show your “original uploaded” images to portfolio items, by inserting this code in functions.php (in the end of file):add_filter( ‘kalium_single_portfolio_gallery_image’, create_function( ’$size’, ‘return “original”;’ ) ); This will show original images. So can you please confirm if this works for you?

To revert back the changes replace the functions.php file by downloading this one:

It will fix your site.
Note that when you copy the following code you must not change the quotes:

I am having an issue with the widgets on the sidebar, i added 2 widgets that are displaying perfectly on desktop on mobile version there is only the basic menu and it even has a search option which i would like to remove.

The Widgets are supported only on the Sidebar Menu, and not on mobile menu, i just put this on our to-do list, for the next updates

1. If you wish to control the order in which products are shown within a group, edit the “Menu order” option under the “Advanced” section in product data.

Ah, sorry this. Here is what you need to do:
Click on “Revolution Slider” link in the WP admin panel menu, then click the Wrench icon for homepage slider as shown here:

I am experiencing some issues when posting images to the portfolio. They appear to have an undesired compression for the images,,, making it appear much too blurry as the original uploaded jpeg… So i am not achieving a crisp clear image…
I have saved it a 72ppi… @ different resolutions… and it does not help…

To change shop thumbnails go to WooCommerce > Products then click Display link, in the end of page set dimensions for catalog images as shown here:

These settings affect the display and dimensions of images in your catalog – the display on the front-end will still be affected by CSS styles. After changing these settings you may need to regenerate your thumbnails.

My problems on store theme.
When I click on product image I get this view : (http://i.imgur.com/ePj1IGR.png), but as you can see, there are two galleries. When I exit first one, which is shown in example picture before, I get this view : http://i.imgur.com/2xPPlut.png
So my question, how to leave only first one option? I don’t need light box gallery ( I think that’s how second view called)
Ive fixed it myself. For others – Woocommerce – settings, product image gallery and uncheck lighbox option.
