I’m having issues with images not showing up in blog posts. I inserted a jpg from the media library and published it, it is not showing up. Is there a setting I have to change?

This will be fixed automatically on the next update, so you just need to remove the CSS code that i wrote now, when the update is out.
When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.

That is supported only on Columned portfolio layout, just don’t forget to tick this option “Shown gallery container in full width size”.

Can you please copy the right URL and tell us which demo are you talking about, make sure you remove the top bar (switcher) when viewing a page and then copy the URL.
I think you’re talking about the Client carousel, which you can add in every page with Visual Composer.

Following up from my support request on the 14th November can you assist with the problem I have encountered since upgrading both the Kalium theme to 1.7.2 and Wordpress 4.3.1. I am still getting the following text appear at the top of my webpage -

This is happening because you haven’t updated Visual Composer and other plugins from the Appearance > Install Plugin section.
When you update Visual Composer, this issue will disappear.

The issue is “under the hood” in the UT Portfolio components user interface. When I open a portfolio item and go to click the button to add new image, nothing happens.
Also, I have tried multiple browsers and computers. Same issue. Thank you.
OK. The “add new” only seems to work sporadically, it only gives the drop up menu sporadically or not at all. So the problem is the button. Not sure what can be done or if its simply something within my site.
Can this be an issue with the Advanced Custom Fields: Gallery Field plugin?
OK. It appears it may have been interference from another plugin. I deleted a few and now the button is working. Issue solved for now.

Dear,
I am building my website with your amazing theme. But I have some portfolio filter problem on my main page.
I have many products in my portfolio. When I go to my main page but I can’t see only 1 product. I think there should be 9 products on my main page but It’s showed just 8 products.
And also, when I click ‘Extra Virgin Olive Oil’ filter, There are a lot of missing products on my main page. Actually I have about 20 products in ‘Extra Virgin Olive Oil’ portfolio category.
How do I fix this?

Hi,
I just bought the theme, installed it and downloaded the architecture demo content.
When I go to theme options an add a custom logo it automaticly switches back to the default arch logo. I also can’t seem to find how to change the color of the hamburger menu. The url im currently working on is http://riff.studio-cassette.nl.

1— That logo it’s on Revolution Slider, by watching this video, you can learn how to remove that. (video is made with the last version of RS, but i think that you will not have problem to find that place on the new layout)
2— You can change all you menu color from the Theme Options, but if you want to change just the hamburger menu, can you please add the code below to Custom CSS

I have created a webshop using the Kalium Theme, I have not used the child theme as I did not know in the beginning that this would be the best solution.
There is now a lot of updates for woocommerce and other plugins. Will I loose all the products I have created in woocommerce if I update?
Tried to update with an other bought Kalium theme for another project, and I remember that all the woocommerce products and settings was lost, but it was a while ago maybe before the theme supported woocommerce?
So the question, can I update the Woocommerce plugin using a Kalium theme that is not using a child theme without loosing all the data?

If you have not edited the code/core files of the theme then you have not what to be afraid about, you won’t loose the posts/products, you’ll loose the custom modifications done in the theme editor.

Hello,
I would like to create a masonry gallery with custom links to another pages in the homepage. I tried to do it using simple images in 2 columns or using tablespress but when the window turns small like a phone or tablet, it is not responsive and the images come together without empty spaces. I also tried it downloading a pluging calls WP Gallery Custom Link but didn’t work. Could you help me?
Also I would like to see the footer menu just in one line, Is it possible?

One possible way can be using Visual Compose Gallery element from the content builder editor:

Great theme. Here’s my question:
I am using the standard menu, no reveal effect. Since I have a medium-dark image on my home page slider, I set the standard menu color to white, but have set the stick menu to dark so it can change when scrolled. This has made the menu items white on my other pages (which have a white background) but I was able to customize the menu on those pages to be black (before scrolling). On my blog page, however, it seem to inherit the header settings (white menu items) regardless how I customize the page (blog). So, the question is what custom code do I need to use to disconnect the header settings on my blog page so I may have menu items that are dark, not white.

Aw crap… my apologies. I switched the front page menu color to dark as I was discussing the design with a colleague. Please check it again now, I put it back. Actually, instead of changing the color in the blog menu, what would be nice is to put the standard color fro all menus to black/dark and then a separate code for the front page menu to be white/light when not in sticky mode (this will help not having to customize all the pages). Thank you. It changed the animated underline of the menu on the front page and blog to white, but did not change the menu type color on the front page to white.

Although I have added a description for most portfolio categories on the back-end, these descriptions are not displayed on the site front-end. I have looked everywhere for a relevant option to enable, but I haven’t found anything useful; what am I missing please?

Which brings the next issue to our doorstep:
Update Theme Downloading upgrade package from the Envato API… Unpacking the update… Could not copy file. kalium/inc/lib/laborator/laborator-demo-content-importer/demo-content/main/revolutionslider.zip
I have manually backed up Kalium and its child theme, then checked the “Skip Theme Backup” at the Envato Toolkit Settings, but I keep getting this error and the update process stops cold right there. Any hints please?

please ignore the upgrade issue above; it was a disk usage limitation. Removed some files, re-tried upgrading and it worked as expected.
We’re back at the original request: how could I possibly display the portfolio category descriptions when selecting the menu items (Branding, Identity, Illustration, etc) at the front page? Do you still need the wp credentials for that?

Yes that is possible, based on menu type you use. For example if you are using Standard menu which their container contains this class:
standard-menu-container
Then when any of menu skins (light or black) is active, the additional classes are added:
menu-skin-dark or menu-skin-light
So to style the links inside use this path:
/* dark */
.standard-menu-container.menu-skin-dark li a {
color: #000 !important;
}
/* light */
.standard-menu-container.menu-skin-light li a {
color: #fff !important;
}
Also you can set the hover color as well and whatever you like as CSS rule.
Set the Custom CSS in admin area.
