Try compressing the first image, http://datamag.stronazen.pl/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/40.png 1mb is a bit large for a web img – perhaps you could switch it to a jpg

Remove that from being assigned since you’ve added custom elements onto the page – assign a different page as that and it should go away

Right now, we have a custom post type on the site that we would like to be searchable. Whenever you search, however, the post type (description under the title in the search that comes up) shows as ‘undefined’. How do I change what displays in the span description?

I’ve figured it out. It was in the folder structure nectar > assets > functions > ajax-search in the wp-search-suggest.php file.

I’m using this WooCommerce Fundraisers plugin currently with the theme:

Can I send you the plugin so you can add the fix into the the theme (or send me the code if it’s a one off thing you need to do)? I could do this myself but I’d rather had it looked at by you so it can be fixed in future updates.

I am making a website with a sticky login element (see: http://newfreed23.com/) that’s caused some weirdness with the header — there’s a white block underneath the logo. Without making a completely solid color header (I’d like to keep the transparent header over the photo), is there a way to make that white block the same blue as the sticky login element?

Because you have the slider moved over that space couldn’t be fixed easily unless you moved your fix left div up to the top and adding top padding equal to the height of the header

Hmm okay, thanks. I have one other question: I am formatting my footer, which I’ve set to 4 columns, but the fourth column widget elements are appearing underneath the third column. How I can I fix this?

1. it appears you have an unclosed html tag in one of your widgets which is causing the column issue
2. Are you using a plugin to create that div? It appears there’s inline css on it. You’d need to at least give it a class to target it from the custom css box

Hey Theme Nectar… What would be the fastest way to copy content between pages?
I’ve made a custom footer (it’s just a row divided into columns) and I need to add it to all the pages of my website. Is there a faster way to copy than switching to Classic Mode and copy that code? I find it difficult to know where does a column starts and ends in the classic mode.
Are you planning to add a copy feature to rows? You should, it would basically copy the same code present in the Classic Mode but without the hassle to find it in the page. Then, we could simply past it in the desired page at the end of all the existing codes, switch back to Page Builder and then drop it to the correct location.

Also, how can I make that “custom footer” always stick to the bottom of the browser window? Because one of the website’s page is really short in content and my “custom footer” is just hanging on the middle of the page…

The template thing is almost what I want… But as the website is small I just have to replicate the footer across a couple of pages. I can do it manually, no big deal…

PS: A thing to think for the next update to the already super awesome Salient template is to add the possibility to make a custom footer. I dont’ know how this could be implemented in terms of good UI, but I’m think of adding a new category to the left pane named Custom Footer. Inside you have a row where you can place what you want. Some switches on the top: Use custom footer, Apply to all pages, etc…
I think it would be a nice addition to the awesome theme you have because footers are not one fits all solution…

It’s halfway there… It indeed placed the bar on the bottom of the browser windows but also made the 2nd and 3rd column invisible… Do you know why? Is there any code that I should overwrite? Can you take a look?

Hey, thanks, that worked – I just had to choose the Default color first.
I had tried that bit of code already, but it didn’t work first because I had defined a Custom Copyright Background color in Salient / Footer options. A had defined a Footer Background color there too – and I could override it with:#footer-outer {
background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.7)!important;
}
So, that is why I was astonished that I couldn’t override the Copyright Background color.
