Thank you for the comment. If you just need to know the files that are responsible for search, we can tell you what those files are. But the changes themselves would have to be done by you and that will require coding knowledge, or hiring a developer to modify the theme.

From experience timelines can change depending on test results, development progress and what we meet with during implementation. We are always reserved in making timeline promises because of that.
Ical is in progress now. That we hope to release in the next couple of weeks (if all goes well). Next version – I couldn’t give any timeline. We’ll try to make that as soon as possible, but that’s the best I can tell.
About WPML, we used the same code from WP Residence and Wp Estate (which are wpml ready). Should be ok. We’ve sent the theme to WPML for official test as well. That takes a while. If anything is missing, they let us know and we make the updates according to instructions.

At this moment we don’t have this feature. But we plan to add it to core. The next version we’re working on is with ical calendar synchronization. After this is ready, we plan to focus on adding more features to the booking form: min guests, min days. I can’t tell you when it will be ready, but it’s something we’ll be working on for sure.

Hello, Is it possible to make a reservation with offline credit card payment instead of paypal? (Send Credit Card info to the Administrator for offline payment at the credit card machine)
Hi Mykgta Thank you for the comment. Unfortunately we don’t have that and we can’t add that in the theme as from security point of view, receiving and storing cc data is not recommended. Is it possible to add my custom booking system as widget at every single listing? Widget has to be in raw html and it will be different at every single listing.

Most probably the solution you have in mind can’t work. If you add such a widget, you use it independently from the theme. I don’t know where your bookings will be sent or how people will be notified. Booking form is connected with all the other theme features, but your widget is not. So my guess is it can’t work.

I want to purchase your template but can you customize the following : 1. Payment gateway to my custom payment gateway 2. How can i integrate sms gateway to notify the host in addition to email when buyer make the booking request. This provides alert to host to check their account to confirm or to reject the booking without delay.

Thank you for the comment. Unfortunately both items would require custom development as both merchant and sms system would have to be integrated based on the api of the third party you desire you work with. These are not easy changes. If you wish to know a quote, I can only advise to look for a developer on envato market to offer that. Unfortunately we’re not available for custom development.

Any plans to make this very good theme bettter ading like multi vendor type future, properties owner get pay and site owner get % of the booking.

Regarding handling full payments and sending payments to owner from theme side – that’s something that we’re interested in adding. This is on the wishlist – and we will need to do more research on this before we can confirm how/if will will work. At this moment we’re working on a different feature which also takes time (ical sync). We don’t know when we will reach this feature on the list.

hi, Yes , the theme has an internal messaging system and 2 users can communicate before making an actual booking. You can check their communication by looking into messages in WordPress admin (you may want to do to make sure they don;t make a deal outside your website.). Hi, For “Price per night (7d+):” or “City Fee”. – If you leave the fields blank they should not appear on the property page.
For Zip and State – you can create your own custom fields Postcode and Area (Area as Neighborhood /area is already in there) . The you can either keep the state and zip and not used them or you can delete those from the code (post a ticket on support.wpestate.org and will tell you how.)

Ok yes this is true, if we leave the fields blank, they will not show up. However, many of my customers only advertise their rooms for monthly rental. There is no where to place this. On the property page, the PER NIGHT figure displays.
Is there a way I can place a PER MONTH field in and remove the “Price per night (7d+):” or “City Fee” etc?

Hi, The booking system works with prices per night, not week or month. You can set a discount price per night if the user rent more than 7 days or more than 30+ days. You client posted the per week price in the property description as text but the system will not consider it because it works only with prices per day.
To change it just edit the property in wordpress admin – and look into the content area.

Ah. Ok. I was under the impression that the booking system was flexible enough to include per month. Is there anything you can do to help me? Maybe a suport ticket to change a few things? I think I have paid for the wrong theme.

We don’t work over weekend. I came online just to answer your question.
I am really sorry about this confusion, but we have no reference about being possible to use booking per month.
Unfortunately what you wish (to have prices per month) implies complex changes: from booking (which will not longer have days), to invoicing (which now calculates per day x number of days), to submission form, front end form.
Being complex, it’s not something we can guide you to do as code. And not sure if this would not imply giving up other features. May be possible.
In this case, you may want to know about a refund. But I don’t know if Envato can refund you in this situation. But you can try to contact them for further info on this topic.

Ok yes, it looks as though I was under the impression of a different kind of booking system. I understand that it would be too complex to change the booking system.
A refund does not concern me, I would be happy to swap or take one of your other themes that would suit my needs better.
Is there a way I could swap this theme or would I need to try and get a refund first?

WP Estate has the option to select /per month, but in calendar people book by day. The price per month is divided in 30 days and then multiplied with number of days. It’s not minim 1 month required in that theme either (if that’s what you need).
Also WP ESTATE doesn’t have custom price, the dashboard/design is different, shortcodes are different. http://booking.wpestatetheme.org/

About refund or swap, envato doesn’t do swaps. Only refunds (and based on certain criteria). That’s why I suggested to contact them for further details.

Request for the web listing theme custom
I like to create a portal with few locations only
1 location must be added by me only 2 sublocation also 3 the location will be better if available as a dropdown choice and not free typing in as right now.
when user wanna list their property I want to offer two listing option
FREE LISTING
in the FREE listing option any user register his own profile but when posting online, the contact detail visible to registered or non registered user will be my contact details ( Name and email form to contact me will appear online) as I will be the representative real estate agent in behalf for any property listing that choice the FREE listing. So, I will handle any incoming email for any free listing, then if necessary I will contact the property owner. In this case is important the Owner contact information must be easily linked to the listed property or multiple property owned by a single user. So when I receive the email I like to get also the URL of the property.
PAY LISTING
If user list his property directly paying me the year fee, after he can uploading his data and be contacted by any user directly.
If possible can you please quote for me this custom futures?

Hi, does the property owner subscribe PER property or PER account? e.g. if a user had 2 properties to list, would they one ‘account’ but 2 subscriptions(one per property) or could they just have one ‘account’ and then be able to add as many properties as they like? Thanks

Thank you for the comment. I don’t understand the question about “subscribe per property”. I assume you ask about membership system for publishing properties.
How it works:
- Admin enables membership in theme options. - Admin creates the packages in admin area (and sets price, duration, how many listings and how many featured of those listings) - User in front end will have to subscribe to a package to submit properties. The package he buys becomes active when money are confirmed in admin account. The package will allow him to publish x properties for the y duration set by admin. Listings published will be deducted from active membership. When the number of listings are all used, user can upgrade to a bigger package. If he deletes a property, he cannot re-use it. He has to upgrade to list more properties.
