Hi there, I’ve got a problem with image loading on some pages as well as in my view within visual composer. The images & image border first load very long, then it pops to the proper height.

In Visual Composer the image never loads, it stays with this very long border.

This is the css I have on the images for the page:

You are using an old version of our theme (1.7.2) and the latest version for the moment is (1.8), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

If this problem is still present then can you please send us your WP credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with possible solution.

Hi there,

There is no optimal image for blog posts, you can use any image landscape or portrait but the best is to have it high quality so even when it resizes it will remain high quality.

Hi Art,

But what size is the blog image set to in the single post (within container)? The problem is that a featured image that is 800px wide is getting stretched when it shows on the blog. If I shrink down the browser window it will snap down to a couple of widths/sizes – just trying to figure out what the forced size is when the browser window is large (e.g. on a laptop).

You need to create a Shop page and set it as the Shop page by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and set the Shop page to the one you created, this is the page where all the items will be displayed.

Hi,Yes I did that, unfortunately had to reinstall it.Few more question – is there a detail documentation how your demo site page is set up. For some reason I can not recreate product page (fail to configure attributes) as well as set up 4 -6 columns with products on home page. Also setting up page separator with text i found extra class name set as latest-items. Is there any other classes I could use?

We don’t have a detailed documentation regarding the shop page or shop products, I would suggest you to read the documentation of WooCommerce and watch this video for variable products, you can also import all the demo content to duplicate the content of the demo in your site.

I followed all steps on your documentation and made fresh theme and content install. Why I am getting 2 shops, 2 carts etc..I noticed that after installation my shop home page is different to what you have in preview. How can I get absolutely same? Thank you for your support.

You’re getting the same because the demo content needs to be installed when there is no page or menu, so you can remove all the pages and then install the demo content and you’ll get the same results.
