Have you checked if this issue happens when disabling the 3rd party plugins which are not included with the theme, usually the SEO plugins can break the permalinks of your site but other plugins too so please disable them first and check your site again to see if the problem is with the plugins, the issues with links are not usually theme related.

We have built only one Page Template, the Portfolio Page, all the other pages are built with Visual Composer. To get the demo content is really easy, simply go to Laborator > Demo Content Install and check all the options to import.

3— They can be managed by going to Theme Options > Portfolio Settings and tweaking those settings.

4 and 5— Can you please try to be very specific about the problem and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer

6— Just create any blog article by going to Posts > Add New and populate it.

Then go to Settings > Reading and choose those options:

Then you can create a Menu entry with the Blog name.

That’s not a bug or a “weakness” it is the built in style which the theme inherits from the Bootstrap grid options, it has four style breakdowns, so you cannot disabled it.
