Hi, pre-purchase question here. Im about to purchase this theme for a golf course website, though they need to be able to offer a few things for sale in a shop. Is there shop functionality for this theme? If i add woocommerce, what will the design look like for the shop page, do you have an example?

The theme supports WooCommerce and we have plenty of clients using it. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop integrated in our demo so we can not show you how an WooCommerce page will look like. Still, if you open a ticket on support, we will find a solution to show you something. All the best.

Full Width Layout not working: Hi, I haved tried to apply the Full Width Layout (Full Width No Padding) but my VC elements is showing borders like boxed style (in fact, changing settings in General layout panel has no effect what so ever). Thanks

I have installed the theme and plugins, but the Revolution Slider plugin is version 5.1.4. The Minimum required version 5.1.5. I run the plugin updater and it says it updated, but then it still shows version 5.1.4.

The current version is 5.1.4 but we do have a small issue with a false update notification that might prompt you to update. If the plugin is active, you can simply ignore it. If it’s not active and you can’t activate it, you should reinstall the plugin and it should be fine. We will remove the false update notification with the next release. Please open a ticket to support if you can’t activate the plugin and we will fix it. Thank you.

I have the same problem as other people including : Bigsplashlocal PURCHASED above. I thought it was unlikely to get support over christmas period, so I went to a back-up from earlier this morning and got the site back running properly. Except for one thing. The slider is now above the navigation and if that is an option, I cannot find out where to swap it back to under the (or behind) the navigation. Please advise: I am using PHP 5.6.12 – is that version as you say, causing an issue?

The latest version included in the theme is always in the download package in the Folder plugins. Please try deleting the plugin and installing it again and, if you still get the message despite the update, open a support ticket with a link and login data and we will take a look. All the best.

We investigated the error on several platforms and it seems to be an error related to servers with an older PHP version. The issue is fixed and we can offer you a version that should work fine on your server. Please contact us on support for this version. It will be soon available here also, but it will take a little longer as we need to integrate the new Visual Composer.

HI, I need an help to configure ninja form. I don’t understand how it works. When the user fill the form for the book reservation, I expect to receive an email with a summary of the data. I don’t want a CSV..
Finally, where do I set my email address to receive this summary email? Form -> Email and Action > Email Admin > Action Name?

In the Email & Action tab you have a field named To, where you can enter the receiving address. The CSV attachment checkbox is at the bottom of the Email & Actions tab. Please reply to the mail we previously sent you, as through mails we will be able to attach a screenshot and help you much easier. Thank you.

So, I have this MP4 video file which plays without a problem directly from the media library – but not from a Visual Composer “row” module with testimonials on the front page (as a background MP4 video).
I can choose the video and all. It just does not play.
What is at play here?

If you place an external video as a VC row background, you need to add a Video Background Cover and upload all 3 formats (MP4, OGV and WEBM) for the video to play. If you did and it still doesn’t work, please open a ticket on support and we will help you. All the best.

Jesus. I chose MP4 specifically because of its wide adoption. I would reckon NO browser with any self-respect wouldn’t support MP4. Category: Universal.
Still I am forced to throw up >>THREE<< formats.

We understand why this might sound unnecessary, but it is a standard HTML rule, to ensure that you have a valid video on any browser. All the best.
Confirmed working! But exporting video content to OVG and WebM proved to be a bit of a challenge, since these formats are apparently not natively supported by fx Adobe. One has to rely on a few dedicated 3rd party freeware plugins to do this job – not for the average user, I’d say.
(..and then there is this limit of 1MB..)

Ninja Forms plugin is not listed in wpml compatible plugins (https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/), you may invite the plugin author to our go global program, plugin author can apply for the same at: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/, our compatibility team works closely with plugin authors to ensure that their plugins are compaible with wpml.

Hello! I sent you two emails to your support team about the form in widgets that I cannot translate by WPML. I have not yet received a response. So, I decided to write to the author of the plugin and ask how traslate the form in widgets. As I mentioned already, ninja form is not supported by WPML.

Uhm, after an automated backup (from 1.5.5.3 to 1.6 in a WP 4.3.1) the design went a little crazy. Most of the responsive design got really messed up. I tried removing the entire theme and re-installing both main theme and child theme. To no real avail.
I could reverse the installation with a backup to 1.5.5.3 two days ago, but that is really not a solution.
What is at play here?
