Columned Grid display for Woo product grid
I would like to have my images on the woo commerce main shop grid to be displayed the same way they are shown on the “right columned” example from your demo site (see link below), but with three columns instead of two.
I need to be able to display portrait and landscape images with the landscape images running over two columns.
Please can you advise how to do this.

You are talking about the shop layout and referring to a portfolio item, the feature you’re talking about is available you just need to set the images to original image size and the landscape images will be over two columns but not also the portrait images.

Hello, I need help because I have a colour problem in my whole web.
When I finished the web I had to change permalinks from predef to custom permalinks because I didn’t do it at the beginning, I forgot.
And now all the link colours have changed to the main green colour theme AND IT IS ALREADY CHANGED IN THE CUSTOM SKIN BUILDER.
I don’t know how to change it. It happens in every page where there are links, that is in almost all of them.

once again I need your help with two problems.
First Question
I had a similar question a while ago concerning the font-size of the shop catalog layout and the carousel slider (http://themeforest.net/item/kalium-creative-theme-for-professionals/10860525/comments?page=116&filter=all#comment_11637490). Now I changed the shop catalog layout to “default” and the font size is again too big. Can you please provide me again with some css lines to fix this? Second Question
Could you please have a look at the widget with my product categories on http://musica-poetica.de/. How can I control somehow the distances in the categories list between the sub-categories and the sub-sub-categories? As you might see the distance between category, sub-category and first item in the sub-sub-category is much smaller than the distance between the first and second item in the sub-sub-category. Is it possible to control these distances via custom-css?

My question is about Side-portfolio. Is it possible to reduce the space between the description and the image?
(I have a one fourth width for description and website is not online yet)
(By the way, waiting for VC portfolio item, because it would enable me to have a 1/5 description and therefore a bigger image.)

hello, i bought this theme this, beautiful one… although i can’t get through the installation. I am using wp v4.3.1, installed by softalicious on cpanel at greengeeks.com. the default theme is working fine. when I go to install this as a new uploaded theme, it gets 100% through the upload, then says
“Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.”
and that’s it. when I return to wpadmin, there is no new theme available. any advice? thanks.
Most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload. Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 9.5 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.
There two ways to solve this problem.
1— You can either get your web host to increase your PHP limits.
2—You can upload your theme via an FTP client.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M

today I installed the theme on my SiteGround web server.
Whan I tried to import the demo content (following your YouTube tutorial) it appears this error message:
However few errors appeared during the import process: [ErrType: xml-wp-content] Gateway Time-out
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
Could you tell me what this means and could you help me, please?

Have you checked your PHP limits, the theme has it’s own requirements to be installed on a site so if these limits are below the required ones from Kalium then you will need to ask your hosting company to increase them.

Hi. Thanks for the update 1.8, but there is no Visual Composer option in my portfolio item types, and the Lightbox type option is not shown properly.

The Lightbox image link was fixed, but the visual composer option is still missing.

As I said above, the Visual Composer portfolio was temporary disabled by us, we wanted to be in time with the update but the VC portfolio wasn’t quite ready with the presentation and the documentation and that’s why we decided to leave it for the next update.

Sorry guys, must say that nearly every page we have has some issues since the upgrade. We’ve found the old version 1.7 and are rolling back. Can’t have been tested properly 
Further information to help resolve bug:
Activating “Advanced Custom Fields: Repeater Field” causes overlap of content from Portfolio Post Description field. Scrolling Feature on Portfolio field is missing also.

Just downloaded your Kalium theme and after trying to install it in every possible way (FTP and through wordpress), it doesn’t work at all. It gives me errors and a blank page when I preview and activate it. I don’t have this style.css issue and I’m pretty sure that I did install the good .zip file (refering to your documentation about it). Any idea why?

Hi, I had previously removed the blog page available in the template content. Now, I plan to make a blog. So, I made a new page called blog and I added a “blog post” component to this page using the visual composer. But the Blog settings under the theme options has no impact on my new blog page. I have the feeling that these blog settings are not linked to my own-made blog page. How can I solve this problem so that I can easily customise my blog page using what the theme options offer me. You are adding the posts via Visual Composer and it won’t take effect because if you add the posts in this way they will be just links to the main blog page, to create a blog page simply add a new blank page and name it let’s say Blog, then go to Settings > Reading and set the Posts Page to the page you just created, the blog page.

Hello, When I post to my blog in masonry layout, the permalink to the mp4 videos that I post appears on the website page. I used code in custom css to remove the link, but then it also removes the post title. How can I stop the link from appearing on the “posts’ page” but keep the title of the post? You are using an old version of our theme (1.7.2) and the latest version for the moment is (1.8), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Don’t worry you will not loose your site settings. I guess you need to manually update the theme via FTP:
1. Extract the theme on your local hard drive.
2. Connect to your FTP
3. Upload the extracted theme to: wp-content/themes/. Just replace existing files and folders.
4. You are done.
