If i understand your question well, you want to make menu to appear like on our Agency demo.
To do that just go to your Wordpress Dashboard > Laborator > Theme Options > Header & Menu and choose the second image

That was not answering my question. I already have my site set up with this theme. If you look at the contact page on Agency theme, there is contact form on the bottom right hand side. I can not get that on my contact page. Series of codes appear but there is no form appearing. Can you please let that working.

Dear Art, I tried this many times I still don’t get the contact form and the text appear on the web page as HTML codes rather the way the show show up. I don’t know if there is any chance of sending you a screen shot. I don’t really don’t have a tab as”classic” on my wordcpress page, but I know where the codes should go. I would like to predefine the text options (Heading 1, Heading 2, ...) without using a custom css class. But also I did not find the H-tags in the editor menu. Hope you can help me.

When using the Visual Composer, there is an element named Custom Heading, you can use that to use the headings or simply use the text block then you have the heading switcher.
There is no way to change the heading size other than the Custom CSS right now, we will see if we will add this in the upcoming updates.

Is it possible to make the margin after the categories/subcategories change dynamically so they don’t overlap the portfolio items?
It’s fine with the initial margin for 2 lines of categories, but with 3 lines or more of subcategories it overlaps the portfolio. (And it gets worse on smaller viewports.)

None of the slides (Revolution Slider) on my page are showing up. And neither does the Portfolio images, both in portfolio grid and portfolio single page (Unless you open them in lightbox).

Hello! I have another question for you.
Having installed the Agency version of Kalium, I am now struggling with two things:
1) No matter how much and where I tried to configure the appearance of the portfolio images, they always come out as masonry layout instead of having all the same size.
2) I have reduced the size of the “client” items (images of logos in my case) to 65×65, quite small. However, the separation between rows cannot be altered, and appear very close. And I cannot alter either the size and shape of the frame on top showing the title (which remains rectangular and big), nor its font size (which exceeds the size of the frame).
What can I do?

1) Did you mean saying No to Image Dynamic Change? (the other yes/no option of the list). Changing Yes to No on Category Filter didn´t do anything.
And yet by changing Image Dynamic Range to No, still the last two frames remained oversized, “a la” masonry…
2) Yes, the icons are now more separated. However, the hover on top is still an oversized rectangle, and the fonts inside are still too big for the frame… That didn´t change with the added CSS line.

I updated the theme to the latest version, 1.8.5. Now, when I go to the portfolio items list, all the items i added in the Client section (all those logos we have been discussing) are GONE. Not listed. Only the “demo” ones, that aren´t even there, are listed. I don´t even understand why those have to be there anyway. The logo images I had uploaded are still in the media library, though.
Honestly, this is extremely cumbersome and I´m frustrated. Not user friendly at all. I thought I could do without paying a web designer, but I don´t see a way out without one.

There are 9 logos that I added myself, in the “Client” section. After I updated the theme I can no longer see those as items in the portfolio list. Therefore I cannot edit them.

I checked your issue again, the point is that the portfolio item images have been removed and you cannot get them back, so you need to add them from the beginning. I didn’t quite understand how you don’t have access to them as portfolio items, I logged in and could modify/delete without any problem.
Have you tried to re-install any demo content that may have deleted portfolio items and replaced them with the new ones.
If you don’t find any way to fix this and you’re not happy with the theme you can request a refund from Envato.

Hi there, With the new updates are we able to have multiple portfolio pages? For e.g: If I have a portfolio category called “IMAGES” And I create a page for that category, and on that page it has all my images so when I click on anyone of the images it opens the relevant images portfolio page. Then once on that page it has the “Next / Previous” buttons and the four small squares that take you back to the “IMAGES” page. Then I would like another portfolio page called “VIDEOS”. And on that page it has all my videos portfolio, which again you can click into to reveal the relevant pages content with the “Next / Previous and Back” icon buttons that is connect to the relevant portfolio category “VIDEOS”. So to sum it up, the “NEXT / PREVIOUS and BACK” buttons only connect to its portfolio category and not the overall Portfolio page. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for getting back to me. I understand that this will allow you to click next and previous for the portfolios relevant category but the little icon in the middle that looks like 4 small squares still links to the Main Portfolio page and I need it to link back to its relevant Portfolio’s category page.

Hello. For my portfolio I’m using the Kalium “Thumbnails with Visible Titles” Portfolio Layout Type and I would like to have 4 Items per Row. Unfortunately it always has the 3 Items per row setting activated no matter if I change it to 4 or 2. is there something else in the settings i have to change to make the 4 setting work or could that be a bug? Thanks for a great theme. I am however having some difficulty the past few days. I have reset my wordpress and i have installed the new Kalium update. Last time this all worked without a problem, but this time there are two things in particular that keep failing:
- I can’t seem to install the Visual Composer. Whenever I installed the plug-in, my screen goes blank after 20 seconds or something. I can’t get it installed.
- Whenever I try to import demo content, I get a lot of errors on my page. I understand it might have to do with the max_execution_time (which my host set to 50). They don’t seem to be willing to alter my max_execution_time. I’ve tried altering it myself, but I don’t have enough knowledge. Does this mean I won’t be able to import any demo content?

The max_execution_time is not only essential for the theme but for all the plugins and images you will try to upload, it will always fail to upload or install if the time of import exceeds 50 seconds, this is a must do so please ask the hosting company again or change your hosting.

To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Hi, I bought your theme a while ago and I installed it in my wordpress. But I’m having troubles with Visual Composer. Each time I install it, my WP breaks and shows in my WP-Admin page blocked with this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /usr/home/misshedwig.com/web/web/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/config/shortcode-vc-btn.php on line 154
I deleted it via FTP and the theme works. But if I install it again, the same happens.
It’s not the first time I have problems with Visual Composer.
Can you tell me what do I do wrong?

Please increase your memory limit, ask your hosting company to do this if you don’t know how. Also take some time to read all the PHP limits required for the theme to work normally.
