The way we have used it in our Main Demo homepage is with Visual Composer elements, for the homepage don’t set the Page Template to Portfolio, simply leave it to Default.

Add elements with Visual Composer, add the Revolution Slider and then add the Portfolio Items, you can leave the Portfolio page as separate and this will only be used for the homepage to show the most recent portfolio items.

hi Ylli I’ve updated the theme to the version 1.8.5 and we still have the same issues : 1. the mailjet plugin doesn’t work and hide all the media on the website 2. the custom css previously mentionned doesn’t applied Thanks for your feedback.

These settings are optional, you can set them how you want in the Revolution Slider settings. Also the button is for taking you to an external page, you can do the option you want to load more items by using the Portfolio page.

hi, i know Revolution Slider and in my knowledge if i am not wrong there is not font size setting for mobile separated of desktop, is it right ? If that is the case, i will still need to make sure the text on mobile can be read.

What about the slow loading of the home page, is it caused by the video size itself or the site ? because i test other video theme and they load much faster. I just want to make sure i wont pay and get stuck with these issues

Every video slider will load slowly, mostly these with a timing like our video. Most of the themes in their demo use a server optimization to speed up the demo page and look like it is faster than it really is. It depends on the size of the video and the player put in the theme, in this case the Revolution Slider, it is the best slider plugin that’s why we included it in our theme.

Now i understand you what the problem is, the truth is that the Visual Composer 4.9 added this CSS

.vc_column_container {
    padding-left: 0px;
    padding-right: 0px;
}

that broke the layout of lot of themes that where created with Bootstrap, including Kalium.

Yesterday we noticed it and fixed this on our live Demos with this simple CSS, until the Visual Composer pushes an update with this bug fixed.

Can you please add the code below to Custom CSS

.vc_column_container {
    padding-left: 15px !important;
    padding-right: 15px !important;
}

and tell us if that fixes your site too.

Aurum has the UberMenu but the authors of this plugin do not allow to import/export the menu and to re-create the menu for a normal user is a bit messy even though I recorded a step-by-step video to do this.

1. To make the video full screen on page follow these steps:

When editing page choose Header Position to Absolute:

Also make sure slide layout is set to Full-Screen:

2. Please apply Custom CSS in our designated page for Custom Styling as shown here, for example:

3. To add that partial background apply the following markup in your Auto Type Content field:

We are professional programmers with 8+ experience on the web development area, so you don’t need to worry about W3C, the errors can come from plugins too, because most of the times they are programmed not on the best way.

W3C also can’t inspect Wordpress sites, they are more to test the plain HTML sites, and your site is a Wordpress one.

If we see any errors that come from our theme, we will fix them through the theme updates

You are using an old version of our theme (1.8) and the latest version for the moment is (1.8.1), please update theme first and this problem will be solved.

It happened when Wordpress 4.4 was released, and we immediately fixed this and pushed a new update to Kalium
