Hello I have bought the theme Bridge and installed it on a website, everything is fine and perfect but today i try to upload new profile pictures for the users of the website and it doesn’t work, the only photos I can see are profile picture of Gravatar accounts for the users who have this type of account. Is there a manipulation to do or something, or I have to change the users profile pictures only on Gravatar ? Thank you for your answer, have a nice day

You can change it on Gravatar only if you aren’t using some third party plugin for user accounts.

Hi, I have an issue where I have split a page into 6 columns when viewed on a desktop, I have then changed the responsive settings for the columns so that it reduces to four columns when viewed on a tablet held in the landscape orientation. I would like to have the same column split (4) when the page is viewed on a tablet in portrait, but it reverts back to 6. The column settings where this should be set just says “Default value from width attribute” and doesn’t allow me to change it. Is there any way to over ride this? Thanks in anticipation.
Hi,
This actually means that you have to create layout of columns to suit your tablet view, since it’s pulled from default width attribute, and then to tweak other viewports.

Ive set it so that the row is split into three columns for a tablet, then increases to 6 columns for a desktop. It works fine on the tablet, but on the desktop view the content just fills the first 3 of the 6 columns, and the content from the row below does not come up to fill columns 4-6. So the content just ends up filling the left hand side of the screen.

On my website, I have an icon with phone number and mobile phone number on a parallax background. For some reason, the phone number changes into dark grey when I check the website on an iPhone. Which is not the case for e.g. a physical address.
I have read in a previous post that this is due to iOS algorithm. Can you please let me know how I can sort this out?

Thansk for your reply. Some others questions. I have purchased a countdown plugin Countdown Pro 1.0 . Installed correctly . But when i add the shortcode on page , appears the countdown on the visual composer. Is there a wya to solve this issue. Thanks
Well, you will have to check if this plugin is compatible with Visual Composer. Maybe there is an issue with our shortcodes, but we haven’t tested this plugin and can’t tell you much on this. Thanks for the understanding.
There’s a deprecation warning in qode-import.php when used with PHP7. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if you fixed this.

There are several issues I am running into with the Blog Slider and the Latest Blog shortcodes. I made a test page for you to see http://www.alephdesignstudio.com/test-page/1. None of these thumbnail are cropped the same way? I should not have to create a separate image for these. And it looks like it creates all sorts of problems:
2. Blog slider: when hovering on the right post (Dec13 post), it looks like the text is placed according the center of the images not the center of the thumb. On row 2, (with option “Show Title on Bottom”), the title doesn’t even show, it’s there but it’s too low.
3. Also: In my Dec13 post, I use a column shortcode and it makes the text not show on the Blog Post row (row 3). And on the masonry page of posts, it shows the coding. http://www.alephdesignstudio.com/blog/4. Blog Slider row: If I enter “4” to show the number of post on a row, it doesn’t work. It still shows 3.

1. I am having a hard time understanding every element included in your demos, even though I read your documentations – do you have anywhere instructions that also show the end result? All your documentation shows how to tweak the settings, but they don’t show the end result for these settings… or the elements included in a particular page or a demo…
2. Do you have a list of your shortcodes with examples of the end results?
3. Is there a way to import only some pages from your demos?

You will have to create portfolio single items from Admin panel > Portfolio and assign them to portfolio categories. Portfolio categories can be created in Admin panel > Porfolio categories section. Principle with portfolios and portfolio categories is the same as for blog posts and blog categories.
