Hello, I just purchased the Uncode theme and need some support. When I went to the dedicated support site and created an account, I was told that I needed to confirm my email address. I waited for 30 minutes and a confirmation email never came. I tried clicking the resend option for the confirmation email and waited for another 20 mins and still have not received any emails from this company. I made sure that my email address was entered correctly and tried requesting that another confirmation email be sent to me. Still haven’t received anything. Please tell me how I can confirm my email address. Thanks.

We have still not tested all the available addons on market (there are tons in the list: http://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/). By now we dont have any reported issue with VC addons compatibility.
What package you need so we can test for you in the next days?

An other question (can not find it in the info) is it possible to have a custom menu and custom logo on a page with page-options?
Hi woerdhvd! I dont know about VC Clipboard but this will be packed in Uncode for sure! Awesome, we use antoher plugin for this kind of actions but this is better, thank you for share! For sure this works cause we have only extended VC but maybe we need a bit of CSS cause Uncode is packed with a VC custom skin. If you are interested to test yourself send an email to info@undsgn.com
You can have only different menus but no different logo. I strongly discourage this practice and so I felt it important not to insert.
thanks for the info. I use different logo’s of sub brands. Much easier to change logo on page instead of creating a multi site. Is there a way to handle this wis custom css? and last question: is there already a language switch in the menu for WPML?

We have just ready a fix for gravity forms in next update and this quick CSS fix is just available on our support forum for registered users (if you need it soon). We have not tested ACF Pro (we just have enough native custom fields) but I saw some users running this plugin. Do you need something particular?

Ah ok! No ACF Pro, you dont need, we have an advanced custom fields creator, you can create how many dynamic custom fileds you need with Uncode! You can also rename them at any time without loose your contents!
We have more than 600+ but at them moment you need to use the libraries packed with the theme until CSS modifications. You can upload SVG and use as they are images.

I’ve tried about 23 times to sign up for support on this theme on your support forum. I keep getting a response that my sign up information for my purchase code is incorrect ( it isn’t ) I have tried removing hyphens etc. Nothing is helping. Please let me know what to do in this case.

Hello,
I love, love, love Uncode. There’s just one thing that’s making me hesitate and that’s the navigation. The page and portfolio options and how well they translate to mobile are the best I’ve ever seen but I feel kind of stranded at the end of each page since the navigation doesn’t contain much “information scent”.
“Previous” and “next” tabs don’t indicate what’s on the next (or previous) page and their placement at the bottom of the page, past the comments, means some visitors will likely lose patience and leave the site early before they reach it. (I think if someone feels motivated to comment, they will take the time to look for the comments section.)
My preference would be to move the navigation higher up (directly below the content) and include the titles of the posts/projects. Additionally I would love to see a related posts. I realize there are plugins for this but they are notoriously slow and some hosting providers won’t accept them. WIthout these features, the site is an exercise in beautiful design that doesn’t serve visitors. Are you considering making the navigation more robust?

you just asked about this in the right time since we are working now in the next release (due in few days) containing the option to have the title of the ‘next/previous’ post in the navigation.
About the positing of the navigation, your it’s a really good point (thanks for that!) and we will put it in the roadmap for next releases.

Presale question: I really love the way that you guys are using the portfolio on your demo screen page and the square tiles of the live websites. Is that using the same features given with this theme? Wondering if I can reproduce the same effect via this theme.

Couple presale questions..
The examples all vary, but are they all useable on one website? For example, having ‘Blog Masonry’ as the homepage, inner pages posts like blog minima and Shop as ‘Shop creative’?
In regards to the ‘Shop Creative’ how does adding new content work.. Could this be a page itself? I see that the ADV/Accesory blocks are technically buttons. Could this be content? Is there an option to ‘load more’ of these previous posts?
Also on the ‘Shop Creative’, I prefer the view on ipad screen size, compared to the resize that happens on the iPhone size. Are these sections able to keep that nature?

Will Uncode work with bbpress?

It should work cause we have used all the best practices and we dont have any issue with the most famous plugins (from WPML, to WOO, etc..). This is not tested and you dont have applied any custom Uncode styles for BBPress. Uncode is just a new born theme and our first releases have a more design approach than community.
If you are interested we can have a check if the native BBPress works fine, let us know!

1. “Main Portfolio” is a bit to longer and push the “Next” button, I have change this with “Main” (it’s custom text from the Theme Options) and everything is fine, visit this URL from your iPhone: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/portfolio/centered-stack/?style=justify
2. Do you need something like related portfolios? We need to evaluate this solution. Actually you can create this if you create your custom portfolio page with Visual Composer. Some users has just insert a custom carousel or portfolio grid under the contents like the one you ask (and remove the navigation bar from the Theme Options).
3. Unlike other themes that act as a kind of skin of VC, Uncode utilises a super tailored Visual Composer (both options and interface) for backend-engine page creation. To be clear if you expect to find the Visual Composer the way you know it you’ll not find. Extensive rebuilt page-building functionality has been added, giving the user significantly greater flexibility. Thanks for the reply. A question on your version of the VC columns: I see that you have them set up in 1/12 instead of 1/6 like a standard VC install has. You also have custom width percentages. Does that mean that columns can be set up essentially to any width? For example, could I easily set up a 5 or 7 column row?
Hi azbarley! We work with 12/12, this mean you can have up to 12 different columns and every combination inside the dividend 12 is possible (ex: 5/12 + 7/12). The Uncode grid system is far more advanced than in most WordPress themes. Unlike many other themes that rely only in SR headers to have a big “wow” effect we have choose to not USE this kind of approach. We are most interested to show the potential of Uncode itself and we prefer you look at this.
